Stayed Mar 23, 2025If you want to step back in time to an original 1950 or 1960 era styles unit, then this is for you, with a few mod cons, if course. It is so close to the beach and not too far from eateries.

Stayed Jan 27, 2023It was a great property for my wife, son and myself - walking distance to the beach, eateries and shops and importantly for us, close to the start/finish of the Cadel Evans Peoples Ride and later the Cadel Evans Great Ocean Road race.

Stayed May 19, 2022The location is the best in Geelong. Waking up overlooking Eastern Beach is great, whether in summer or winter. Property can do with a makeover as some aspects as past due for the expectation of a rental property. Very snug in winter with gas fireplace.

Stayed Dec 17, 2021This property was absolutely perfect. A Great location with stunning views. Had everything we required and would definitely stay again. I will recommend this property to friend's and family and to anyone else who was wanting to stay on the Eastern beach side of Geelong.

Stayed Aug 10, 2019Great position, lovely few rooms. Unfortunately upstairs noise was very noticeable and very early. We found the beds quite uncomfortable and very squeaky. A lock on the bathroom would be nice too. I had asked for a later check out to get some work done but left on time due to noise and movement upstairs, but you cant choose your neighbours

Stayed Apr 19, 2019Great location opposite Eastern Beach and 10 mins walk to city centre. Comfy beds and free wifi. Not much light in bathroom and kitchen a little dated, but overall really enjoyed our stay and would come back.

Stayed Mar 1, 2019Fabulous stay in an older house. Darren & Yolanda were so accommodating. Just across from the beautiful swimming area & 10/15 minute walk to a large shopping centre. We enjoyed our few days in Geelong & would love to go back
