Stayed Dec 31, 2024Awesome stay at a great location. Enjoyed waking up to the the sunrise each morning, close proximity to the dog beach, and watching a rocket launch. The condo was very clean and organized with a well-stocked coffee station. Hope to be back again in the future!!

Stayed Oct 27, 2024Construction blocking 90% of parking at the condo. Sketchy area, and thermostat stuck at 71 degrees in FLORIDA. Do not stay here.

Stayed Nov 26, 2024Our stay at this property was fantastic. The unit was very clean like it was brand new. The amenities were wonderful and the ocean view was beautiful. Everything in Coca Beach was within walking distance. Definitly would stay at this property again and hopefully soon.
