Beach Bungalow 1 with Private Outdoor yard

This property was absolutely spectacular. It was very clean, reasonably priced and had everything we needed. It also has a great outdoor area. Excellent! Highly recommend.

The apartment was a perfect beach cottage but smaller than we expected. The coffee table shown on the website was nit there and the kitchen table was too small to eat at, so there was no real functional eating space except outdoors. During the winter, it was a little cold fir that! The outdoor area was very nice though and we enjoyed the fire out. The location of this cottage was great!

I liked that there was plenty of towels a decent bed, a full kitchen with utensils etc. It was a little noisy because of the roadway in front of the property. Having a few dining options within walking distance was convenient (Shorehouse Kitchen excellent breakfast) It seems they allow dogs because I saw some animal hair on the floor, and a sofa with something clearly spilled on it and the fact it was soiled and needed a good steam extraction cleaning. I dont want to sound like a complainer but these are things that are easily corrected and should not have been overlooked.

The bungalow had been remodeled so it looked even better than the original photos. It was cozy, well furnished, kitchen well equipped and front and back patio so enjoyable. Our host Rose was amazing and communicated fast and effectively in a friendly and profess manner. A delightful getaway close to the beach and restaurants.

2nd time staying here, and wonderful again! This small group of bungalows couldn’t be more perfect. The location is ideal for walking to the beach and the surrounding neighborhood. The inside is nicely appointed and clean. And the outside sitting areas are so nice! And we love having the included parking spot and the beach chairs, boogie boards, etc.

The property was clean , the place is pet friendly and dogs have a great place to go on long walks. The bungalow we stayed in was newly renovated and it has all the amenities for a small family.

Great place and location! The host was very nice and helpful. The beach nearby is nice and there are lotsvof great restaurants around. We would like to come back.

We really enjoyed the close walk to the beach, restaurants and coastal trail. The cottage kitchen was well stocked for cooking, the bed was comfortable and the beach chairs, wagon, etc was an added plus.

Perfect weather, great place, great location

We were looking for a quiet, laid back place, close to the beach where we could relax and refresh after being active all day. We found it!

A wonderful quiet place to stay in San Diego. Rose was very responsive and accommodating. Would definitely stay again!

We've stayed 2 yrs in a row. Super cute bungalow not far from beach. The place definitely needs some upgrades. We will consider staying again

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. Bungalow 1 was well equipped with supplies and Rose was a fantastic host! The location is terrific as its a short walk to the beach and neighborhood eats. Loved our coffee and scones at Brick and Bell just before our morning beach walk!

This was a great property! The noise from the street was a bit louder than I thought it would be, but it was great other than that.
