Stayed Feb 25, 2023Exceptionally clean and bed was comfortable. Could use 1 more utensil. A pizza cutter ? There was a mustiness after a rain one day otherwise very nice place.

Stayed Jun 30, 2021Loved the beach was so close, loved that you could walk to restaurants and local eatery’s and love that there was off street parking, a hose to hose off from the beach and a deck to sit out on early in the morning.

Stayed Dec 18, 2025The listing reads “No Pets”. Unfortunately the rental was covered in dog hair, which I am allergic to. We will no longer rent from Nomad on Jacksonville Beach in the future.

Stayed Dec 27, 2024Location, location, location. The best thing about this rental is the proximity to the beach. The things I did not care for: weird stain on the shower curtain, could not open any curtains due to people seeing into the property, therefore was very dark inside, the rug in the living room was very dirty, the second bedroom is extremely tiny…the door bangs into the bed frame, the pillows on the died were flat and there were only two pillows for the bed, the exterior of the home is sad and worn, and there is not a dining table. We did appreciate the low cost and the ability to rent for just three nights.

Stayed Feb 16, 2024We had a really good stay. The only downfall was the upstairs visitors were quite loud. We heard every footstep they took. Additionally, they had a dog that was running around playing at all hours. Other than that, the property was very nice and had almost everything we needed.

Stayed May 29, 2023We came for a graduation and little play time. We were not disappointed by our accommodations! Well equipped, cozy and so close to the beach. The sound machines we very nice in the bedrooms.

Stayed May 27, 2023We had a wonderful stay on our short vacation to Jax Beach. The location was so close to the beach with places to walk, shop and dine. It was very clean and cute with charm and decoration. Everything was easy and comfortable. Excited to go back!

Stayed Apr 1, 2023This property was updated and we'll maintained and a very short walk to the beach and other nearby attractions (grocery, restaurants, parks). Amenities met our every need from kitchen supplies, to bedding and laundry. The owners communicated with us prior to and during our stay with pertinent information regarding checking in and out. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Stayed Feb 15, 2023This is a small two-bedroom bungalow that is extremely clean. It’s close to eating establishments and is even closer to the beach. There is a walk over about 100 yards from the house. There were were also plenty of supplies like toilet paper, trash bags and a Keurig. Great communication with the owner. Enjoyed our stay.
