The Location
Vila Santa is located right on the waterfront in Brodarica, a small coastal town south of Šibenik. The apartment is on the top floor and offers unobstructed ocean views from the terrace, living room, and kitchen. Directly below the house is a somewhat secluded stretch of beach.

Brodarica itself is quiet, compact, and authentically Dalmatian. No crowds of tourists, no noise—but restaurants, a supermarket, and the ferry terminal to the island of Krapanj are all within walking distance. The crossing to Krapanj takes just a few minutes and is well worth it: the island is one of the smallest inhabited islands in the Adriatic and is known for its centuries-old tradition of sponge diving.

The Terrace
The heart of the apartment is the large sun terrace with a direct ocean view. It’s partly covered and partly open—so you always have a choice: shade or full sun. Its orientation ensures that the terrace is sunny all day long and captures the sunset over the water in the evening. This is where you’ll have breakfast, grill in the evenings, and spend the hours in between.

The Apartment
The apartment is spacious and designed to accommodate up to 6 people. The bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed, and the light-filled living room has two sofa beds that can accommodate up to 4 additional guests. The kitchen and living area are open-concept and also offer direct ocean views—you can even look out at the water while you’re cooking.
The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a large bathtub—a pleasant contrast to the usual compact vacation rental bathrooms.

For those who prefer to stay by the water: jet skis, boat rentals, and other water sports are available in the immediate area. The coastal road along the Šibenik Riviera is also great for exploring by bike.
