Perfect family stay and location to town and the beach was just what we were looking for.

The house is in an amazing location. Walking distance to Grand Haven Beach, you really can't beat it. The house itself is older and doesn't have the modern day comforts. But if you just need somewhere to put you head down at night, and wake up and enjoy a view with you morning coffee, this checks that box.

Unit was clean and came with helpful instructions, everything worked. Great location and views, management was helpful too.

We enjoyed this little condo unit for its great location, literally a walk across the street to the beach. All amenities were provided in the kitchen, patio w/grill, tvs & games, bathroom (towels), bedroom (linens), and beach (towels, chairs, toys, etc). Short walk up to downtown for all the entertainment and shopping you would need. Only one bathroom, but we made it work.

This was a great location from the beach and we went to the beach every day. It is close enough to run back for lunch or dinner. Very clean condo and very clean. Loved having enough room for everyone and eating outside and seeing the water. I drank my coffee every morning and could see the beach - Loved that!!

We were so happy with this quaint and charming condo. It was so cozy and decorated with awesome beach vibes to keep the vacation mode on. We had our two littles with us who loved the bunk bed room. The deck and views were so wonderful to enjoy with my husband once the kids were sleeping. Highly Recommend!

Perfect location to enjoy the beach.

Making our 16th trip to Grand Haven for our family vacation, we confidently used VRBO to find and book our vacation rental. In arriving to this property, we quickly realized the disappointing quality of this VRBO compared to ALL others we've experienced. 1) 11pm on our first day, while preparing to go to bed, we realized the beds were missing sheets! No sheets were provided until the following day. 2) Unpacking our belongings in the main bedroom, we found extra items such as bar stools, multiple pillows/bulky comforters & a window fan in the closet. As the renter, I moved the items to the back closet in order to make room for our belongings. 3) There are no HVAC vents in the 2nd bedroom! This room does not cool. Fans had to be used to push cool air to this room. 4) Kitchen towels were not provided. 5) Mattresses throughout the rental are poor condition. Queen in main bedroom is collapsed in the middle, springs are felt when lying on the twins and queen in 2nd bedroom. 6) Outside patio was covered with EXCESSIVE debris, causing tracking of outside debris into the unit. Clearly not cleaned prior to our arrival. 7) Threshold to main bedroom has carpet nail/tack strip emerging thru carpet fibers. Watch you step! 8) Poor evidence of vacuuming, as we found Legos and a ziplock bag on the living room floor. 9) Inaccurate photos on VRBO website. Pictures show a dressing table with mirror in the 2nd bedroom and full length mirrors in the main bedroom. These were not present. The only mirror for 4 adults to use was in the bathroom. Thus a nuisance for 4 adults needing a mirror for grooming & personal care needs. 10) Specifics on the coffeemaker should be noted that it is a Keurig so that renters know to bring the right coffee. 11) Future renters should know, a starter pack of paper products means 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towel and 2 large boxes of facial tissue. We were surprised to find only 1 roll of toilet paper, as all other VRBO rentals have provided this in product as part of the week stay. 12) Location for walking to beach is good, though remember you are on a busy street and across from larger rental property, which means waking to trash trucks several days in the early morning. Lastly, the property manager did provide the missing sheets & kitchen towels the next morning, though gave us the feeling of being brushed off with our other concerns/complaints.
