Stayed May 22, 2026Easy walk to beach. Parking included for one vehicle. Pool was clean. Nice outside shower to wash off sand from the beach prior to entering the unit. Plenty of outlets to plug things in. Window air conditioner located next to couch in kitchen/dinning/living room area. It got hot and stuffy in the bedroom area, with 5 people especially when using the shower. We bought a fan to help circulate the air and make it manageable to sleep.

Stayed Apr 17, 2026I have to remark that parking was easy,also very much secure,the pool area was perfect for me an my wife,standing practicly just for us for a whole saturday a little bit cold but I know is the season,all te rest was perfect as well!

Stayed Apr 2, 2026There were dirty band-aids on the shower walls, and on pool tables. No extra trash bags. Terrible water pressure in the shower. AC can barely keep up in low heat temperatures. Somebody used the door code AFTER our check in, while we were inside the property. DID NOT KNOCK. Removed a closet door. Disgusting dust on the ceiling fan.

Stayed Mar 8, 2026This is a perfect apartment if you want to be steps from the beach, and a 15-20 minute walk to the center of the Boardwalk. The place was very accurately described. The host had great communication. The pool was even a nice bonus. There are about 6 units in the whole building. We had our own parking spot. It would be tight for a family of 4. While it has a fridge and a cooktop, it wouldn’t be the kind of place where you would want to cook meals everyday. More of an added bonus. We loved our stay and would return.
