Stayed Apr 22, 2025Pros:1. check in was easy & got early check in with small payment2. Proximity to beach 3. Air worked well4. Response to questions were prompt and friendly5. Pool supplied with toys6. Laundry room had things to share like hammock and umbrellas7. Location was great. Short walk to Broadwalk, but after you get to broadwalk, another .25-.4 to first restaurant. 8. Beaches were not crowded9. Plenty of great beach umbrellasCons:1. Lack of kitchen items, i.e. no baking pan2. No real living room, no where to gather & chill3. Was told there was a Drip coffee maker and there wasn’t (there was a keurig)4. Bugs in the bed & one of the futons upon checkin. Let me be clear - they were NOT bed bugs, but little bugs looking either for crumbs or cooler air and found it under pillows. Cleaning lady came back, sprayed & changed linens. 5. Overall cleanliness of the unit was questionable. Long dark hair in bathrooms, none of our party have dark hair. 6. Beach chairs supplied were camping chairs & terrible for beach. There were only two supplied, one was broken and rusted. Asked for additional chairs for our entire family and she brought two more folding camping chairs. . I wouldn’t complain if it didn’t list beach chairs included, but the chairs were awful. Wanted to leave upon checkin, but couldn’t find anywhere to go. Didn’t ruin vacay and we aren’t snobs, but the bugs & hair left me grossed out. Location awesome, wouldn’t book this unit/complex again.

Stayed Mar 1, 2025Very Clean and well located to beach, within walking distance to Broadwalk. Kitchen not as well equipped as I would have liked, limiting cooking options, but no problems. Pool area could be improved-never used pool because didn’t appear to be cleaned regularly and had limited sunbathing chairs. Management provided excellent communication.

Stayed Aug 31, 2024Large unit! It really could sleep 9 but not 9 adults we had 2 adults and 4 teenagers it was perfect! This is basically 2 apartments but connected you have 2 small kitchens, 2 bathrooms but 1 small living room. The host was quick to respond to the questions we had! The location is perfect! Across from the beach and in walking distance to the Hollywood beach broad walk! Our kids did not want to leave!
