This modern 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom condo is perfectly located just one block from Mamitas Beach and two blocks from 5th Avenue.

With easy walking access to everything. The condo includes one free garage parking space, a rooftop pool with cabana beds and beautiful sea views, in-unit laundry, a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning throughout, and a spacious balcony that’s comfortably shaded in the afternoons.

Our dedicated staff is available every day from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM to assist you with anything you need during your stay.

Additionally, our team is online through Airbnb from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM to help with any inquiries or support you might require outside of these hours.

Located on Calle Cozumel (one block east of 1st Avenue) and Calle 32. The best location to be close to everything, and the best section of 5th ave. One block from Mamitas Beach and Kool Beach Club. Two blocks to 5th ave.

Rooftop pool closes at 9pm, no glass on the rooftop. Self Check in, keyless entry.

This spacious 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom condo is just one block from the beach and steps from the best section of 5th Avenue, with restaurants, cafés, and shops all within easy walking distance. It comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests. The upstairs primary bedroom has a king bed, and the two additional bedrooms each have two queen beds. All bedrooms have private bathrooms, air conditioning, and Smart TVs.

The boutique building has only 12 units, offering a quieter atmosphere. Enjoy the infinity rooftop pool with Caribbean Sea views, cabana beds, and a shallow lounging edge. The condo includes a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit laundry, and one garage parking space.

This is a residential building with strict quiet hours after 9:00 PM and no parties allowed.

Please note that electricity is expensive in Mexico. Kindly avoid leaving the air conditioning on when you are not in the unit, as excessive or careless use may result in an additional charge. Monthly guests are responsible for 100% of electricity costs (at 7 pesos per kWh) and a larger refundable deposit is required to cover these expenses.


There is no need to have a car here, you are very close to everything. If you do have a car, there is a parking space in the garage under the building. There is no garage door opener. Please park the car on the street, and enter the front door of the building, go down to the garage and open it with the button near the door.

    We only had the opportunity to stay for one night. The beds were comfortable. The unit was clean and well appointed. Would not hesitate to stay again for a longer period of time.
