Stayed Apr 29, 2022The location so close to Belongil Beach is such a positive aspect of the property as we did not want to stay close to Main beach. Villa 3 is amazing fabulous accommodation, amenities - all that you need are available.

Stayed Mar 3, 2026Nice quiet position. Unit was well equiped with everything we needed. Garden needs a little work. A bit unfinished and baron. No view but an easy walk through to the beach.There was a few maintenance issues such as moisture in the roof but didn’t effect our stay. A large 2 bedroom… with a fold out bed too if needed.

Stayed Oct 7, 20222 bedroom property very comfortable especially with the 3 bathrooms makes sharing with larger groups a breeze. Only a 10 minute walk to centre of Byron and 2 minute walk to Belongil Beach. Some attention to cleanliness and provision of basic supplies required but overall great stay

Stayed Sep 30, 2022Loved our holiday! Fantastic location 2 min walk to the beach. Loved hearing the birds each morning! Short walk to town. Clean, well equiped, spacious home with great bbq area . Would stay again!
