Bay Window -incredible river views- Old Town- new deck! Lots of stairs.

The view from the deck is amazing. Being situated in the middle of old town is a big plus.

Amazing place. 10/10 would stay here again. Heck, we could live there.

Pros: beautiful house, beautiful view from the porch, right in the center of town. Lots of bathrooms! The host left a big list of info that was helpful. Cons: the doors don't latch or lock. So there's no privacy. And we traveled with our kids... The soap was out in a couple places and I couldn't find more.

Beautiful home and very spacious open area for all to enjoy. Great location! Only the steep staircase up will be a challenge for some. Would definitely come back if I’m in the area again.

The location was perfect. Cannot say enough about the fantastic deck, we started our day there and ended our evening there with a glass of wine. We hope to return next September.

We had a grest time, its a beautiful home and close to so many amazing places, we thoroughly loved it! I apparently missed how many stairs were involved so thats something people should be aware of.

Great view of the river and bridge. Quaint little town right out side the front door. We like to walk and hike a we went quad riding on the sand dunes nearby. It was a blast!!

Beds were VERY comfortable. Loved convenience of being in old towne. We ate out every night so didnt put the well stocked kitchen yo use. We didnt have any trouble parking, designated space near bakery was very convenient. Deck was great! Place was well stocked.Only downside was the 24 steps up, but put group didnt have trouble at all.

Wonderful place in excellent location for so many activities. So many restaurants and fun shops within walking distance. The host was very attentive to any requests and communication could not have been better.We enjoyed our time there and will stay again!

The condo was very large, clean, well appointed and a great terrace overlooking the river! Would certainly rent again. Tammy is the best at hosting and being responsive!

From the time we booked this property until our final message as we checked out, Tammy was a wonderful, warm thoughtful hostess. And the Bay Window is a special place inside and out. Everything looks brand new and the additions of local crafts and artwork lift it well above the level of an ordinary rental. That’s not even to mention the view from the deck which sold me on the Bay Window from the start. A five star residence with room for couples or a family.

We loved the convenience of the location and the home was perfectly cozy for the adults and fun for the kids!

We enjoyed our stay at the Bay Window. The location was excellent in old town Florence. We were close to the shops and wonderful restaurants. The reserved parking was a bonus! The property was beautifully maintained, clean, and the view from the deck was lovely.

We loved our Bay Window stay. The views were great and the space was so cozy. Comfortable beds and room to spread out. Cute little game/kid room too. We walked down to Waterfront Depot and had a great meal. Just wish we could have stayed longer.

Beautiful, hidden get-a-way in the heart of Florence. We loved the balcony and view of the river. We were impressed with the lovely furnishings and decor and the kitchen had everything we needed. I would highly recommend!

This location is bar none the best in Florence! The view of the river from the living room/kitchen is amazing. The whole place was spacious and clean. You can’t beat the location for restaurants, coffee, and shopping. The host was easy to contact and very responsive. Overall, an excellent stay!

The views, location, and artwork is exceptional not to mention all the host does to make you feel welcome and comfortable right away! We were so impressed with this rental which was homey, luxurious, and included fun surprises like an indoor swing and a foosball coffee table. As much as we wanted to explore Florence, we had to pull ourselves away from the view, deck, and lovely livingroom. Tammy welcomed us with delicious local chocolates, and we had the best time in town looking for those treats, and finding the local artists that supplied the decor in the house. It was sad to leave, we can't wait to come back!!

Retired girlfriends get away!

We enjoy visiting and having a home away from home to unplug and spend time together as a family.

3 gals celebrating one of us turning 80 stayed in this wonderful apartment. We each had our own bedroom and bath and the great room was spectacular. What a view. We could walk out our apartment and be right in the center of town. The kitchen was equipped with really nice dishes, glasses and cookware. We enjoy cooking so had two dinners at the lovely table and walked to a special birthday dinner at one of the great restaurants in town. We enjoyed our coffee on the deck in the morning and cocktails on the deck in the evening. Could not have asked for more. The owner was so responsive to us. We were able to get an early check-in which was great after a long drive. Thank you for providing us with some wonderful memories.

The place was excellent, the communication was perfect. Already thinking about a return trip.

Beautiful place, comfy beds, great view……what more could you ask for,

It was perfect for our girls trip since 3 separate bathrooms. Unfortunately, the seagulls have free rein on the deck, so we didn't spend much time actually sitting out there due to the soiled area. But the wall of glass for viewing was nice. Also, the access stair flight is really long....challenging for anyone with bad knees or asthma. But we knew that, and dealt with it.

Five older women looking for a great place to stay while visiting the Oregon Coast from Arizona. We all loved the location, view, and the decor of this beautiful place. We sat outside on the deck each morning and evening enjoying the sights. We shopped and ate in Old Town all within walking distance. The communication was excellent and the treats left appreciated. We all enjoy our morning coffee and we’re thrilled to see Starbucks instead of some cheap coffee brand. We are older so the stairs were a small issue for just one visitor. However, if you’re above a business overlooking the river, there will be stairs. Thank you for all the extras that made our stay special. Loved our visit and your place.

The condo is beautiful. It's thoughtfully designed, comfortable, and well equipped. The beds were extremely comfortable. The view from the deck was so peaceful. We look forward to returning.

This immaculately clean and beautifully decorated condo has been outfitted perfectly: Everything from dreamy beds and bedding, to comfortable seating in the living room, to the amazing section of teas and perfect coffeemaker. Perfect. The view is expansive and lovely, watching the crabbers, fishermen and birds is a wonderful way to enjoy the area from this most cimfirtable “nest”. The host is communicative and responsive. Couldn’t recommend a rental unit more highly.

This is our second stay at the Bay Window, and we enjoyed ourselves once again. The amenities are lovely, clean, comfortable, every detail taken care of from coffee to shampoo to beautiful views. Highly recommend.

The property was great. One of the best VRBO stays we have had. The only additional comment is that there are a lot to stairs in this place. 24 steps from the entrance to the first floor. There are also 8 additional steps from the first floor to the top floor where the kitchen and living areas are. The deck and view from it are worth all the stairs if you don't have a problem with stairs.
