- This unit sits on the second and third floors of the home. In order to enter, guests will need to climb a set of steep stairs.

- Please note: The downstairs patios are reserved for the units below this home.
- Any amplified sound that can be heard 50 feet away from your residence is prohibited. This home has a noise ordinance time between 10 PM and 8 AM, meaning even a normal conversation must be moved to inside the home during these hours.
- Please note the unit is surrounded by other units in a shared building and we would appreciate being mindful to the volume of the activities that may occur.
- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
- This home is located in a neighborhood with a strict noise ordinance policy and therefore is only suitable for quieter groups. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting this home, otherwise, if violations occur you may be subject to a fine that can reach up to $10,000.
- Bookings must be made at least 24 hours before check-in. Same-day bookings are not permitted.
- Absolutely no exterior amplified music is allowed. Violations will result in a $500 fine.
- While we do our best to notify guests in advance, unannounced power outages may occur due to unexpected city maintenance.
- No events are allowed unless pre-approved and coordinated through Avantstay. This includes but is not limited to: rehearsal dinners, wedding receptions, birthday parties, and social gatherings.
- All guests must comply with local laws regarding outdoor lighting, quiet hours, and limitations on parties or gatherings.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

    We loved the location of this unit with its immediate access to the Baywalk in front of the house and access to the boardwalk along the ocean side only 2 -3 blocks away. The sunsets were beautiful. In general, the neighborhood is quiet but because of foot and bike traffic on the Baywalk and the high density of homes, you will hear the conversations of other people at times. But this did not disturb us in the evenings and early mornings, which matters the most. We were concerned about noise coming from the unit below this one. But there were two different groups in that space during our stay and we never heard them when inside that lower unit. The communication with the property managers was outstanding. We've been renting vacations homes for 25 years and Avantstay was the most prompt with communications. Finally, the size of most of the rooms in this unit is very generous. One exception is the dining area, which would be on the small side for larger groups that this property is otherwise capable of accommodating. We would stay in this unit again!

    The house is located in a great location with the beach a block away and the bay outside the front door. Coffee houses, restaurants, bars, and bike rentals all within an easy walk. Recommendations: throw blankets and window covering for the bayside bedroom. Instructions on the upstairs heater would be helpful.

    This place was perfect for our family, we felt right at home. Steps from the sand and water, can’t beat having the bay and ocean on either side! We had our boat and jet skis sitting in water ready to go the whole weekend!

    Great location. Walk out to beach on at Mission Bay from the back patio or walk a block over and your an ocean side. Had a blast on our short stay.
