Stayed Aug 8, 2025The place was so clean. Great bedding & the bed itself was very comfortable. The bathroom was nicer than my bath at home with plenty of great towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash & toilet paper. We had 90 temps all weekend & we stayed cool while inside. Check-in was smooth, communication was top notch & check-out was a breeze. We ran into the owners & their sweet dog in the driveway a few times & they were super nice. Appreciated the beach towels, chairs & cooler. There was even a little Ice cude tray in the mini freezer. Although we didn't walk anywhere due to the heat, it was centrally located in a quiet & safe neighborhood. This was a perfect little spot for our anniversary weekend stay.

Stayed Sep 6, 2024We visit Traverse City a couple of times a year. After staying at Bay Town Studio we realized we have been missing out on a beautiful and peaceful part of town. We love to walk and enjoyed the lovely homes, gardens and parks as we walked to the downtown area. Our accommodations were prestine and Jody is an awesome host!

Stayed Jul 16, 2024Jody is a great host! The property is conveniently located near the the wine trail and Bryant park - perfect swimming and sunset spot. The place is clean and has an amazing shower that you don’t want to leave. We will definitely return!
