Experience the best of downtown in style. Spacious bedrooms with ensuite baths and spacious closets, making it the perfect accommodation for you and your beloved family or friends. Please note that our condo association, as well as the City of Savannah, limits the maximum occupancy to 4 individuals. Rest peacefully on comfortable king and queen size mattresses, surrounded by extra pillows and cozy blankets for ultimate relaxation.



Step into the living room and enjoy the view of bustling downtown Savannah or prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, which eagerly awaits your culinary endeavors.



To ensure your comfort, we have provided a thoughtful starter pack containing essential supplies such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and soap. Should you require additional items, we kindly request that you take responsibility for purchasing them during your stay.



Guest Access:

We have a parking spot available for you in the Whitaker St. Garage around the corner from the condo. You can access it with our parking pass (good for 1 vehicle) during your stay.



To unload the car: There is an alley behind the building, where you can park, but someone has to stay in the vehicle since the alley is narrow, in case it is necessary to move the vehicle

This conveniently located condo offers easy access to all of Savannah's historic district. Explore the treasures of River Street, with its scenic river views, local shops, and many dining options. Discover the captivating Plant Riverside District along the way. If you prefer to head in the other direction, City Market awaits with its vibrant restaurants, boutiques, and live music.
