This great unit is situated in one of the most popular, family friendly complexes in the beautiful Port Stephens area. It is right across the road from Little Beach, one of the best family beaches with a children's playground, picnic area, toilet amenities and a boat ramp, and further around the coastline is Fly Point, a protected aquatic sanctuary where you can snorkel or dive to see the thriving marine life. Picturesque Shoal Bay Beach is a short 600m stroll in the other direction, and Nelson Bay CBD and Marina is a convenient 5-minute drive. The complex itself boasts its own lagoon style pool, spa and tennis court with night light for those who enjoy a spot of evening tennis (bring your own racket and balls).

This cosy 2-bedroom unit has no stairs and is in the peaceful, quiet Grevillia block. Air-conditioned, open plan living and dining opens out to vast, grassed parklands for a lovely outlook, and outdoor furniture allows you to enjoy your beautiful surrounds in comfort. The neat, fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and microwave, and the main 3-way bathroom offers a bath, shower and separate toilet. The 2 bedrooms are carpeted, and the main bedroom features a queen bed and private ensuite with shower and toilet, while the 2nd bedroom has a tri-bunk bed. The internal laundry has a washer, dryer and ironing facilities.

Parking is available for 2 cars, with one space available in the communal lock-up garage and the other on the outdoor rooftop carpark. The garage dimensions are 5.5m deep x 2.05m high.

    Lost a lot of time searching for the Port Stephen Accommodation Office to get the keys. Called on different phone numbers from the emails that are not working until I got an email to collect my keys. Didn't like the fact that bed sheet, pillow cases and quilt had to be put by ourselves. Need a bit more of indications to find the apart at the place itself. Otherwise was a nice apart, spacious and modern few meters from the beach. Some refresh needed mostly for the wardrobes.

    Awesome place to stay right on the beachfront. Lovely and spacious and very clean. Would stay there again definitely.

    Beautifully styled, clean and spacious place to stay. Kitchen, bathrooms and decor was lovely. The second bedroom bunks are quite squeaky and whenever anyone in the top bunk moved it would make quite a racket, the top of the little bedside in that same room was broken…. Overall it was a lovely place to stay and it had everything we needed. Location was unreal. We would stay again for sure.

    Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We chose this place over other much cheaper flats as we hoped it would be cleaner with better facilities but the extra cost was not worth it. Although the flat looked clean at first glance, it was not maintained well:-Aircon was disgustingly dusty and has not been cleaned in a long time. All fans are also too dusty to use. -We had to call maintenance first day to replace shower head, which was very inconvenient -Lightbulb in bathroom went out-Toilet seat in en suite doesn’t fit the bowlWe also assumed with linen included it would include making up the beds (only after booking when you check in do you find out it’s at least $35 to make up beds), so it feels like they add on all these extras after purchase to make more money, and we feel ripped off. I could understand charging $30 for late checkout if the place was pristine but it’s really not. Besides $75 is extortionate. We will never book with Winning again and stick to Omeara as our friends recommended. At least you know upfront how much everything will cost. Also, it’s not easy to contact Winning in that call centre staff don’t really know much about local setting. Local staff in location for key pickup were also not very knowledgeable.
