Enjoy all Rehoboth and Lewes have to offer while staying in our newly finished basement suite! We are a family of 4 (two adults and two children ages 8 and 10) and live in the house on a main floor. Our home is conveniently located just off Route 1 in a quiet community between Lewes and Rehoboth. We are 5 miles away from Rehoboth boardwalk, Lewes beach and Cape Henlopen State Park.
1-2 miles to outlets, restaurants, water park, go-kart, mini-golf, movie theater and much more!

Stayed Aug 16, 2025Wonderful spot to stay. Owners are very kind and responsive. Easy access! No stairs and room for 2 cars if needed. Place was VERY clean and quiet. Towels were so soft Only thing I would have to say is it wouldve been nice to have toothpaste (only because we forgot ours) and a pad of paper and something to write with. (and only cuz we were playing cards and wanted to keep score, haha!) The place was amazing, Thank you!!!

Stayed Aug 9, 2025Upon short notice, my daughter and her friend wanted to take a trip to the beach and everything was booked or crazy expensive! I was able to come up on this listing and it did not disappoint. Property looks just like the photos. Very clean and uncluttered. Pull out sofa was very easy to set up. The drive was 13 minutes to the beach from the house. Very easy to get to. Host was very responsive.

Stayed May 25, 2024My husband and I had the best time staying at this home. Everything was a smooth and peaceful experience, from checking in, to communication with the property owner, to the stay itself. The home was extremely clean, modern and beach themed which we loved. This home had extra attention to detail put into it (it had a coffee bar, bathroom accessories, extra blankets, smart tv, and even had chicken nuggets in the freezer! Lol) . The hosts went above and beyond our expectations, and the price was unbeatable for the location. We will definitely be coming back!!
