Basement Apartment on the Loop

Great little place. Clean and quiet

This place was the perfect cozy retreat with clean and comfortable rooms and plenty of space to relax. We loved seeing the deer family that seemed to love the yard next-door. Perfect pricing for the location too! Only recommendations would be to add a little more privacy curtains to the front door but other than that perfect (kids are definitely audible but I think it was sweet) thanks!

Tree work being done the first day. Lots of noise until early evening. Otherwise, a solid stay.

This Basement Apartment on the Loop was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Check‑in was smooth, communication was excellent, and the space had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I’d definitely book again!

Host was very nice! I did not spend a lot of time at the house but she was very nice and accommodating!

The host she was awesome went above and beyond when situation came up, there is a saying that says “the world will s full of nice people, if you can’t find one then be one”….she was exactly that!!!

Clean & convenient to hospital.

Outstanding from start to finish. All I needed was thoughtfully supplied and then some (coffee pods, cream/sweeteners, huge bar of soap along with shampoo and all that, as well as everything for the kitchenette. Eveything was clean, and comfortable. Great TV for the game with my UGA son. Great to know that the owners are at the home in case I had a question but they truly thought of everything. I would also mention that although I guess it's technically a basement you really wouldn't know it as it is flooded with natural light. I expect to return soon.

Somewhat dangerous pathway to apt for elderly or people with difficulty walking. I would not let my father stay there.

Communication from the hosts was easy and efficient as was the check-in process. Room was clean and despite being a basement apartment it was very quiet without a lot of noticeable overhead noise. Fridge, shower, living area, TV with options. Location solid--most of what we were doing was downtown so not right by that but not too far of a drive, and there are good restaurant options in the area as well. Would stay again if in Athens!

Staying at this property was just what I needed! I was coming into town for a few days and just needed a warm place to stay. There are young children upstairs so I could occasionally hear them but never anything that was bothersome! Highly recommend staying here!

Very nice place with lots of room. Everything was very comfortable. Quick access to main streets and the loop. Private path to entrance. Definitely would stay here again.
