Stayed Dec 22, 2024I booked this site and tried to contact the owner for specifics on checking in through the site and was not getting a response. The night before I was to check in, I called the number on the listing and was told that the owners don't even have a VRBO account and they only advertise though another site targeted to healthcare workers and they were currently booked. After 2 hours on the phone with customer service I was told my case would be escalated. The next morning, I was contacted that my trip was cancelled. Thankfully I was given a full refund but I still had to find another place to stay for an extended visit.
