Stayed Sep 13, 2024Very clean/renovated property in a cool old building. Dining, breweries, etc provide a lot to do within a short walk. Hosts provided a lot of nice touches - umbrella, snacks, chilled water in the fridge, overview of the area, etc. We were visiting our freshman son for parents weekend, and expect to stay here several more times over the next four years.

Stayed Nov 7, 2025Amazing place to stay ,10/10 rating!!!! I loved everything about this place. It is clean, decorated wonderfully and the location is perfect. They offer coffee, snacks and cold water while you are there.Traveling alone as a women, I felt completely safe and loved walking down to get coffee everyday. I will definitely book here again.

Stayed Aug 11, 2025I had a wonderful stay! The location is perfect, close to the UT Campus, making it very convenient. The neighborhood is charming and vibrant, with breweries, restaurants, and coffee shops just steps away. The home was clean, modern, and well appointed; the owner really thought of everything to make the stay comfortable. The host was friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant experience. I highly recommend this spot for anyone visiting the Knoxville.

Stayed Mar 7, 2025Everything about this place was great! From the location to the flat itself. Check-in was easy, parking was available (which is so nice), and communication with host was great. The flat is so charming and well done. My sister and I appreciated the little attention to details like the waters in the fridge, the snacks on the counter, and the info packet they helped us pick out some great local places to eat and shop. Overall, great stay. We definitely plan to stay here again.

Stayed Nov 15, 2024We had a good stay, overall. Checkin and parking were easy. There were a few minor inconveniences- bed wasn’t very comfortable, the outlet in the bathroom didn’t work, and the heating system made the bedroom really hot when the door was closed. Nothing too bad, and the place was very clean, walking distance to a lot of cool spots. Would likely stay again.
