Great accommodation and location

Lovely studio style accommodation, great facilities and extras, very clean and fantastic location just an easy walk to Balmoral beach and esplanade.

Such a beautiful cottage that had everything we needed for a 2 night stay as we attended a wedding in Mosman. Thank you to the hosts for a wonderful & comfortable stay. Highly recommend to all.

Located perfectly for enjoying Edwards Bay, Balmoral Beach and the fabulous Balmoral cafes and restaurants. Loved how quiet it was, how clean it was and the comfy bed.

Beautiful studio, very clean, comfortable bed and pillows. The location was perfect to the beaches and restaurants and buses if you wanted to go further afield.It is beautiful place to stay. My only one negative was the family had a pool party on a Thursday night which continued until midnight. Would have been polite to let me know beforehand.

Beautifully appointed appartment, my experience was short (only two nights stay)but very pleasant. The short walk to Balmoral beach & all its amenities was certainly a draw card. Lovely surrounds both on the property & the wider neighbourhood. Thank you

Everything Balmoral at its best! All you need for one or two people. Wonderfully close to Balmoral Beach. Easy parking.

The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for three overnights. The location is excellent for walking to beaches, restaurants, or shopping. Olivia was quick to respond to our questions and we felt welcomed and comfortable during the stay.

Well maintained property in an ideal location in Balmoral which we are very familiar with. Unfortunately, it wasn’t possible to talk to the host but the only concern was the difficulty of getting heavy cases to and from the property up and down steps and stepping stones.

This place is a winner in all respects
