Stayed Dec 31, 2025It was awesome! We thought everything was great! Beautiful VRBO! Location is awesome. Close to everything, but so quiet and calm. Bed great! Shower amazing! Water gets super hot, so watch that- but I love it! Cute and perfect for 2. The balcony did not disappoint. I ran outdoors almost everyday alone. I felt very safe and secure in the neighborhood and on trails outside of the neighborhood. We had easy access to everything on the property. It really is a fantastic spot! Highly recommend!!!

Stayed Oct 15, 2025Absolutely loved this property. The unit was clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need, right down to the spices. Bed was super comfortable. Beautiful view from the deck. Eating area, deck loungers and a barbeque. The pools and grounds are soooo nice. I felt super safe the whole time. I love to walk in the early morning never felt sketchy. The security gate and staff add to the feeling of safety. I will definitely stay here again.

Stayed Mar 10, 2025This unit needs a little TLC but it didn't bother us. The location is magnificent! We hiked, we went to the tennis tournament, we used the adorable pool. Groceries are close by as are some fun restaurants.My only suggestion is some sort of bureau for clothes. We stayed for a week in cold and hot weather. Not a lot of places to unpack our clothes.I would recommend staying here.

Stayed Feb 26, 2025The management of this property is poor and uncommunicative. Repeated queries about basic kitchen supplies were ignored. The only communication that received a prompt reply was one asking if we could extend for one night. We were not told in advance that we had to arrive before 7pm to get through the security gates. When we called to say we couldn’t get in the first suggestion given was “there is a hotel around the corner.” Eventually I had to scale the vehicular gate, walk the half mile to the unit (which didn’t have the correct address provided), enter the unit to retrieve the vehicle gate card, walk back to the gate and finally drive in. Towels were very old and stained, there was no laundry detergent to wash them, the dryer didn’t work, you could write your name in the dust on the top of the compact fridge in the kitchen, and the WiFi didn’t work. The lighting is poor (dim in the kitchen, bedside lamps poor for reading), the bright upward spot lights from the exterior landscaping keep the unit from being able to be dark if that is important to you. The bed is comfortable, it’s nice to be able to use the balcony when it’s not too cold or there’s a sand storm. We won't be back.If you know when to arrive (wouldn’t it have been lovely to have been advised about that), if you can find the unit’s address, if you don’t need WiFi or laundry, if you don’t mind well used towels and you don’t mind a few rough edges it could be just fine for you but we won’t be back.
