The living room catches natural light throughout the day and centers around a comfortable sofa and TV - a relaxed corner to settle into after hours spent outdoors. When the Cabo heat picks up, air conditioning keeps the space cool and comfortable. A dedicated workspace with its own door gives you a private area to focus, take calls, or get things done without interruption.

 

Sleeping arrangements

The bedroom is set up for genuine rest - room-darkening shades block out the light when you need it, and extra pillows and blankets let you dial in your comfort. Bed linens, hangers, and a closet for clothing storage are all included. The apartment accommodates up to 4 guests across 2 beds, with 1.5 bathrooms to share between you.

 

Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen has everything you need for relaxed, at-home cooking. A refrigerator, freezer, stove, microwave, coffee maker, and blender are all on hand, along with cooking basics, dishes, and silverware. Whether you are starting the morning slowly with a fresh cup of coffee or sitting down to a proper meal after a day out, the dining table gives you a comfortable place to do it at your own pace.

 

Bathroom

The 1.5-bath setup is practical and well-stocked - hot water, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and a hair dryer are all provided. An outdoor shower is also available on the property, a convenient option after time near the water.

 

Outdoor & shared spaces

Step out to the backyard and you will find outdoor furniture, sun loungers, and a BBQ grill - a natural spot for an easy cookout or a late-afternoon drink in the open air. Guests also have access to a gym within the building. Free parking is available in the on-premises garage, and free street parking is an option as well.

 

Amenities & conveniences

Wifi reaches throughout the apartment. A washer and free in-unit dryer make longer stays straightforward - no trips to the laundromat needed, though one is nearby if you prefer. Self check-in with a keypad means you can arrive on your own timeline, and an elevator provides easy building access. Iron and cleaning products are also available on-site. The property has exterior security cameras in shared areas - the parking garage, building entrance, and spaces like the elevator. There are no cameras inside the apartment.

Right in the center of Cabo San Lucas, the apartment puts you within easy reach of restaurants, cafes, bars, museums, and shopping. The city's main beach and port are steps away, and as the evening rolls in, the neighborhood comes alive with events and nightlife right outside the door. Long-term stays are welcome, and the apartment is pet-friendly.



Guest Access:

**ATTENTION: This condo is located on the second floor and the pools are on the fifth and seventh floor. Currently, the elevator in the building is NOT in service therefore the only access is through the stairs.**
