#B Updated 2 bed, 1 block to Beach, Esplanade, Riviera Village shopping!

Can't beat the location and having parking that close to the beach and village was a huge bonus!

I stayed for a month with my 3 young children. Can’t beat the location. Loved the well stocked kitchen, parking and the patio/common area. Would definitely stay here again next time we’re in the South Bay. Thank you Jane for such a wonderful stay!

Our stay was very comfortable. We loved that we were able to walk to the beach and the beach chairs and towels were provided. It was very relaxing and quiet.

We were in need of a longer term stay as we transitioned into a new home. This place (unit B) was ideal. It’s been remodeled and is fully stocked: kitchen, bath, cleaning, replacement sheets, access to washer / dryer, etc. Despite being 5 minutes from the restaurants and bars, it was surprisingly quiet. We had a maintenance issue during our stay and the Smith team fixed it immediately. Overall great stay. When we do our kitchen remodel we will be booking again!

There are three units available at this location. Be sure to ask the Property Manager about the issue we describe below before you rent to avoid wasting your money on what would otherwise be a lovely place. This was our second stay at this very convenient VRBO close to the heart of Riviera Village. We stayed in another unit previously and had zero issues. This unit however was a completely different story. Despite the repeated efforts on our behalf of Alex the Property Manager, the nighttime security lights going off and on repeatedly illuminating the bedroom was never solved. The owner had someone come out to adjust the brightness and angle of the lights but the problem persisted every night during our entire stay. Additionally the bedroom window for this unit is right next to the back gate which is continually slammed shut in the early morning hours as well as throughout the night due to letting a pet out. It’s jarring and added to the already frustrating sleep issues. The carpets in the bedrooms need replacing but the living room furniture appears new. The bedding and towels are plentiful although the mattress in the second bedroom squeaks and needs updating. Alex really tried his best on this one. We appreciated his efforts but the owner wouldn't budge for 'security reasons'. Why rent it out if your renters cannot sleep at night?? Would not recommend this unit.

Clean, cozy, comfortable, well furnished and nice extras. Location fantastic!

Great stay. Property manager was very responsive. Location is unbeatable. My wife and I work from home and the internet was excellent (This was a concern for us from a previous review, but we had no issues at all with internet). Great place for a beach vacation / stay.

Internet. Did it exist? Yes but not in the unit. Requested help from agent; “call the owner”. Owner basically left it to sign in to apt next door. Speed of course was week; tv does not work of course. Bring your own Roku just in case its never fixed. On me, did not realize dogs allowed. Both units on either side had dogs. Dogs, one starts barking they all do including neighbors. Close to beach. Make sure which unit you rent; one next to owner not remodeled. There are other places to rent, yes they cost more. I will not return despite location.
