Located within the Bay View Centro apartment complex, this main street accommodation is very convenient as it places you just a short 200m stroll from the beach as well as Dunsborough’s boutiques, restaurants and bars. It’s also a wonderful base for day trips out exploring the Margaret River Wine Region’s myriad of wineries and gourmet attractions, as well as the area’s scenic coastlines and caves.

For those who like to travel in style, you will appreciate the spacious layout as well as the comfortable, high quality furniture and beautiful wooden floorboards, artworks and luxe soft furnishings.

A light-filled lounge area opens out onto the main balcony, which is the perfect place for watching the world go by while enjoying a leisurely breakfast, BBQ meal or a simple cheese platter and a glass of wine. The fully equipped kitchen has almost everything you could need, including a pod coffee machine.

The layout is as follows: the open-plan living area, two balconies, master bedroom and ensuite, plus a powder room are located on the entry level; and the remaining two bedrooms, shared bathroom and a laundry with separate toilet are located upstairs.

Please note that you must climb external stairs to get to the front door entry level.

Car parking entrance to the Bay View Centro apartment complex is at the Dunn Bay Road roundabout, alongside the Christian Fletcher Gallery. Additional parking for a second car is in the general parking area as well as on the street. The apartment’s outdoor rubbish bins are also located in this ground floor area.

PRICING:
A two or three-night minimum stay requirement applies for most of the year (Peak periods are up to seven nights). Please note that a compulsory cleaning fee and linen pack fee apply. There is also a $500 refundable security bond.

Coastal midges and mosquitos are a part of life in the South-West, especially at dusk. They are very attracted to inside lights at night.
We recommend that you keep doors and windows without screens closed to avoid insects entering the house. The best health advice is to wear long, loose clothing when outdoors and use insect repellant.

    Great location, great access to town center, shops, cafes, pubs etc. Property was very clean with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Great communication on property access, and what was required on exit. Lovely complementary coffee pods and bottle of wine (really made us feel welcomed). Highly recommend this property and experience to anyone thinking of a few days in Dunsborough

    Toilet (entrance level )running , needing to be turned on & off constantly but we were informed . Hand rail to up stairs would be beneficial, also rail to first part of outside stairs would also be beneficial. Upstairs shower/ last person’s cake of soap still on floor inside shower hard to see unless step inside shower as close to door . Overall very good host contact/directions & info all very clearVery pleasant short stay thank you

    Had a fantastic 4 day stay with family. The house and location are second to none. We had an issue with the heating in the lounge which was reported and rectified immediately. Chris couldn’t have done any more for us. The whole weekend was terrific and we’ll definitely be back!

    Location excellent…we are older couples & feel it should be compulsory to have railing on the staircase leading to the upper floor. The bbq was in a very grubby state & the gas bottle was empty…the tap fell off the upstairs shower the very first day. Apart from that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay….
