Awesome mountain view with private patio, Fantastic location right on Main St.

The Vrbo was very clean very nice no complaints about that. But the stairs were treacherous . Two flights upstairs to get to the apartment. Also the stairs from the parking in the back and in the front of the house we're not easy to navigate.

This place was super cute, and great for a weekend get away! The view from the private patio was beautiful. The location was also perfect! Within walking distance of almost everything in lake placid. Would definitely recommend!

A perfect stay! The unit was cozy, perfectly clean, and had everything we needed and more. The location was right in the middle of where we wanted to be so we didn't move our car the whole stay. We also loved that the decor clearly came from local shops and it really added to the Adirondack charm and warmth. We hope to be able to book again same time next year!

The apartment was very clean and is a great size for 2 people for a weekend. It’s walking distance to just about everything, and the view is beautiful! It was a little hard to find (to be fair, we arrived after dark so that was probably part of it). It was fully stocked with the necessities and was nice and quiet even with being on Main Street! Would definitely stay here again!

Within walking distance of downtown Lake Placid shopping, restaurants and Olympic Museum. Very nice suite with balcony at top of 2 flights of stairs. The stairs are inside building with entrance from front porch. Building # is difficult to see from street.

Perfect location could walk to everything in town. Apartment was perfect! Very clean and had all you would need for a weekend getaway. Looked like it had just been remodeled. Loved the style very homey and well appointed.

Beautiful Mountain View. Other than the floor, very clean. Washer and dryer not in unit, but down the basement (3 flights) and shared with all other tenants in building. Not a deal killer, but would have been good to know beforehand. Great location to downtown Lake Placid.

The apartment was beautiful. There is quite a few steps to climb a little much for us but everything else was perfect.

Great location. Loved being out of town close walking distance to town. Gorgeous view out the picture window of mountains.

Convenient location. Also a noisy location due to the bar across the street. Stairs are very narrow and tricky to walk on. Without going into detail (at this time) two specific concerns about the property were not addressed properly by the host. That was extremely disappointing to us. We consider ourselves to be excellent guests wherever we stay and felt totally brushed off by the host. With regret we would not recommend staying at this studio apartment.

Loved this place and it had everything you needed and was very clean. Large balcony with great views of the mountains. It was close to everything so you could walk. Close to the beach and downtown but in a quiet part of the village. The hosts were quick to answer any questions we had. I would highly recommend staying here and would stay again.

The location is great for lake placid and easy quick access to town and surroundings. The deck is a bonus and overall the place is nice.

This property was pretty much as described, and view was nice. It IS up 2 flights of very narrow stairs, not regulation size so had to tread carefully but otherwise fine. PROs: VERY convenient location, walking distance to hockey arena, downtown, restaurants and the walking path around the lake. Newly renovated and clean, nice bathroom/shower, well-appointed and comfortable furniture. CONs: unit was very cold on a weekend that was still winterish. Wall heaters were not working that we could tell. Owners contacted but didn't seem to think there was an issue since the rest of the building was not yielding complaints. Fortunately, there was a small space header available in the unit (so thinking this has been a past complaint). Overall, ok stay.

Clean property. No thermostat inside the unit. Very cold during a day and to hot at night. Not enough parking space. Driveway not plow, so it was impossible to park behind the building. Do not use microwave. After one minute of using power is going out. Unit is freshly remodeled, so looks really nice. Good communication with the property manager.

Lots of stair to get to the apartment, but beautifully clean and decorated.

The location was great. Hiking to the third floor was not terrible. The decor and cleanliness were top notch. Only complaints were that it was cold in the apartment. The space heater was not enough to take the chill out of the air especially Saturday night when the temperatures dipped below freezing. The one thing we expect when we rent a space is to be able to control the ac/heat. The registers I. The apartment were never warm. The parking leaves less to be desired for when you own a full size pickup truck. The alley/driveway to the back was extremely narrow. Parking on the street during high traffic times makes it difficult to get out. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Great location, clean and comfortable accommodations. Loved the porch and the wonderful view. Easy walk to many stores, restaurants and other interesting sites.

High Peaks is a great space! The views were breathtaking! The apartment was laid out quite efficiently and was very clean. It is walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and Olympic venues

We were in Town for a wedding. Great location for walkinc to downtown. Awesome view. Wish there were directions for heat and tv.
