Pool opens on Memorial Day and closes on Labor Day. Pool pass needs to be requested ahead of time before check in. 1 Pool is given per unit. Extra pool pass is $5 and subject to availability.

STAYS OF 30 DAYS OR MORE
Message us for a monthly quote. Long-stay pricing is quoted as one
all-in number that includes the monthly refresh clean and garage
parking, so there are no mid-stay surprises on your card. We regularly
host relocations, temporary work assignments, and families between
homes.

PETS
Welcome with advance approval. The building restricts certain breeds,
so please tell us your dog's breed before booking. Pet fee is $199 per
pet per month on stays of 21+ nights.

PARKING
Garage is $20/day or $300/month. Street parking is free on Sundays,
holidays, and weekdays 8 PM–8 AM; otherwise it's metered via ParkMobile
or the kiosk (about $20/day).

VERIFICATION
We ask every guest for a government-issued ID before sending access details. It protects you and our long-term neighbors. Everything is stored securely and never shared.

BUILDING COMMUNITY
This is a residential building with long-term tenants. We ask guests to be considerate neighbors — it's why our stays are so quiet and comfortable.

SECURITY
An exterior doorbell camera faces the building hallway outside the unit door. There are no cameras of any kind inside the apartment.

We refresh décor periodically, so small details may vary.
