A fantastic ground floor apartment Avalon, well furnished in the quiet urbanization of Costalita between Estepona and San Pedro. The apartment has a beautiful covered terrace with direct access to the pool and gardens. The beach is 2 minutes walk from the apartment with a variety of beach bars, restaurants, beach club and the Villa Padierna Tennis/Padel Club is just around the corner. Across the main road is the small Spanish village of Cancelada with a great selection of restaurants and bars.

The apartment is fully furnished to a very high standard and sleeps 4. A brand new air conditioning / heating system was installed in the summer of 2019. The apartment has private WIFI throughout the property and international TV channels, a fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine and a utility room with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. There is 1 double bedroom with a king size bed and en suite bathroom, the second bedroom has twin single beds and alongside it is the guest bathroom with a walk in shower. The comfortable living and dining room is open plan with double sliding doors to the terrace and out to the garden and pool.
