Experience the pinnacle of luxury living in Avalon 907, a beautifully appointed 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo on the 9th floor, accessible by an elevator, boasting a private pool and stunning views of the city and sea. This condo is located in Avalon, a new lifestyle building in the heart of the Amapas District. We have the best sky bar, infinity pools (blue and green), and a jacuzzi with panoramic views, delicious cocktails, and luxurious tanning beds.

The space
This flex apartment can comfortably accommodate 6 guests with two separate bedrooms and one flex bedroom which can be opened and closed easily with sliding pocket doors. There is a full-size washer and dryer equipped with detergent. We offer Nest AC throughout the apartment.

Avalon 907 is a sanctuary of elegance and comfort, designed to offer a premium living experience. The condo combines modern design with functionality, ensuring a stay that is both luxurious and relaxing.

As you enter, you're welcomed into a spacious living area that seamlessly integrates style and comfort. The living space is elegantly furnished, perfect for unwinding or entertaining guests, and is complemented by a fully equipped kitchen.

The kitchen, with its modern appliances and sleek design, is ideal for preparing gourmet meals or casual dining. Fully equipped: Stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishwasher, utensils, dishes, and glassware in 10 pieces, enough if you receive visitors!
We also provide coffee, sugar, kitchen oil, paper towels, salt and pepper.

The master bedroom is a retreat of sophistication, featuring a plush king-size bed, direct access to the private pool, and a private bathroom with a bathtub. This room provides an oasis of tranquility and luxury, ensuring a restful and indulgent stay.

The second bedroom, adaptable and cozy, features two twin beds. It is linked to the living area and can be transformed into a private space with the use of sliding doors, offering versatility for guests.

The third bedroom, equally comfortable, is furnished with two full beds. This room, along with the second bedroom, shares access to a bathroom, providing convenience and privacy for guests.

The jewel of Avalon 907 is its expansive terrace. This outdoor haven offers breathtaking views of the city and sea, creating a mesmerizing backdrop for relaxation or dining. The private pool on the terrace invites you to take a refreshing dip while soaking in the panoramic views.

The Skybar of Avalon is unlike any other in Puerto Vallarta. It contains breathtaking panoramic views of the entire bay and city. We have 2 beautiful infinity pools, the blue Miami-style pool is heated with a jacuzzi and luxurious tanning beds. The Green Ecological pool was built with the jungle in mind. This beautiful pool fits right in with the surrounding jungle so you feel like you are floating with the trees. The pool also has luxurious tanning beds.

The building has 24-hour security staff in the lobby.


*SECURITY DEPOSIT
-On arrival, we ask for a $1,000 USD security deposit, refundable at check out in case of no damages (It has to be done at check-in with a physical credit card), otherwise, we send the confirmation email with the pre-check-in form and can be paid online. (Both methods will be returned 3 days after checkout.)

* PETS/SERVICE ANIMALS:
Allowed on the property (small or medium size, $120 USD Pet Fee per stay).

CHECK-IN: 3 pm,
All pertinent information will be provided via email on the day of the check-in. If you want early check-in please let us know via the guest portal or contact us directly. There is a fee for early check-in.

-Face-to-face or virtual check-in is available to you, you will choose this through your guest portal upon booking your reservation with us.

Face-to-face includes that you contact us and tell us when you will be arriving at the property so that we may greet you in the lobby.
-You will sign an agreement to follow the rules of the building, this is mandatory.
-We will take you to your apartment and answer any questions you may have.

Virtual includes that you can arrive anytime after 3 pm.
-When you arrive in the lobby you will be required to sign an agreement to the rules of the building.
-Then you may go to your apartment which is accessed via door code.
All pertinent information regarding the door code, wifi, etc. will be provided via email one day before the check-in.

CLEANING: Daily cleaning is included in your reservation.
-The cleaning services are available from Monday to Saturday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. You need to schedule your cleaning through your guest portal or by contacting us directly.
-Cleaning is not available on Sundays or holidays.
-Cleaning services include making the beds, sweeping and mopping the unit, programming the dishwasher (dishes should be inside), and providing clean towels.
-Cleaning does not include kitchen cleaning.
-If you would like the housekeepers to clean the kitchen or wash the dishes it has an extra cost of $50 USD per day.
-Dirty dishes or kitchen after check out will be an additional cost.
-Any extra cleaning service that you might need during your stay can be provided for an extra fee, just ask in advance.
-If the apartment is left extra dirty there will be an extra fee applied after check out dependent upon how long it takes for the cleaning team to return the apartment to its normal state.

ELECTRICITY
-Our hosting service includes 25kW free per day. This electricity is enough to enjoy your stay, you can use everything as usual (including the air-conditioner), but we highly recommend you turn the lights and air-conditioner off whenever you’re not using them. We desire to be as energy-conscious as possible for the future of our planet and we hope you will feel the same and work with us to consume only the electricity we need to live comfortable lives. We will apply an extra charge per kW if you exceed the 25 kW per day, this is determined by the utility company and we have no control over the possible cost of this. The electric meter usage is recorded before and after your stay to monitor the usage.

AMENITIES
-We provide some courtesy drinks upon arrival (you can find them inside the fridge) they are free and they are only provided once at check-in.
-We provide L’Occitane soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion as a courtesy during your stay. Please don’t take the amenities at your checkout otherwise you will be charged per bottle.
-We provide five-star hotel towels and bed linen for your comfort if we find stains that cannot be removed or any of those missing we will charge the cost of each object as new to replace it.


CHECK OUT: 11 am
All pertinent information regarding the checkout will be provided via email one day before the checkout. If you want a late check out please let us know via the guest portal or contact us directly. There is a fee for late checkout.

-At your check-out, we will ensure that everything is correct at the apartment (this means there are no damages or missing objects), that’s why we ask you to respect your check-out time, otherwise, if you leave the flat and we find anything unusual, we will charge through your reservation.
-Our check-out time is at 11 a.m. If you need more time please get in touch with someone from the team to check if it’s possible. Late checkout has an extra cost through your guest portal.
If you leave the unit after 11 a.m. without notice we will apply a penalty fee.

VISITS
-Visitors are allowed, but only two people at a time.
-Visitors cannot stay at night to sleep.
-Visitors should be authorized before arrival. Please send us an email or message with the following information: Your name, condo number, visitor's full name, and time of arrival.
-Visitors should respect the condo rules.
-If you have more than two people visiting without permission, we will apply a penalty fee.

GENERAL
-Parties are strictly prohibited.
-Volume of music should be kept at a low level.
-We reserve the right to evict any guest who does not comply with the rules of the unit. We also reserve the right to fine for inappropriate behavior.


Guests can use the entire apartment and amenities, including two beautiful pools and a jacuzzi, the full gym, the terrace, the tanning area, as well as the sky bar. The lobby is also available for guest use and has 24/7 security staff.

We are available from 9 am to 6 pm for any questions or concerns you may have. In case of a water leak, fire, or other emergencies please call us or the local authorities as you see fit.

Uber and taxis are available in the area anytime.

If you require Airport transportation we have a suburban available for $72 USD. You can book this service from your portal.

You can also reserve for 50 USD our private parking from your portal (50 USD for all your stay, 24/7 Security )

    First, check-in was very strange, was asked to pay for the stay by the security guard claiming it hadn’t been payed for already on VRBO. I declined the request for additional payment. Our first morning there, after asking someone to turn on the pool heater I was greeted by another person who had a credit card reader with them and demanded I make a payment of a sum greater than the price on my receipt stating they never took a payment from VRBO (despite this being the opposite of VRBO’s payment system) and demanded I pay them. This is just the beginning of a very strange stay in a decently expensive property which made what would have been an ideal place to relax a customer service nightmare. My credit card was blocked because my bank suspected fraudulent activity based on their attempts to swipe my card. There were so many issues like this that I needed to consult for hours with VRBO after the trip to get refund for the mess they created.

    I have enjoyed 5 properties in Puerto Vallarta in 2022, this is not one of them. Check in amounted to the host not meeting us as promised. A person from the management company showed up 24 hours after check in with a credit card machine to collect more money. Bathtub is plastic, shower water temperature can't be controlled. The view is great, but not worth money nor the poor property management.

    This is our 2nd time at this property. The grounds are gorgeous and meticulously manicured . Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Property is very guide and peaceful. Condo is very nice, but the view and veranda are what this place is all about !!

    We rented this unit because it was two floors below a large penthouse unit we had rented for all of our kids and we needed a little extra space for us. The property is beautifully furnished, very comfortable bed and really lovely dipping infinity pool about 4' deep with an incredible view of the entire bay. We didn't end up spending much time other than nights and afternoon nap time in the condo, but if we came again, we would gladly rent this unit. One caution, the property allows you only 25 KW hours electricity a day and then asks you to pay for electricity. Expect to pay. We were hardly in the unit and didn't use the AC except for at night in one bedroom and exceeded the min allotment. I've never run into this limit anywhere else and find it baffling. Otherwise, the property is exceptional.

    The condo was perched at the highest point in the area with the best view. Surprisingly we could hear the waves crashing and nothing else. It was so calming. Lila and Civeth went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.

    My Husband and I just returned from a long weekends stay in PV. I must say we are regulars and have stayed at several different properties. This one being our first at Avalon. The grounds are immaculate and building common areas very clean. The staff is friendly and accommodating to any questions you may have. If you're looking for a very quiet get away with luxury amenities and a killer view, this is the building and condo for you. With that said, if your looking for a more upbeat, let loose atmosphere, this is probably not for you. Most residents we came across live there and are not to fond of vacationing visitors. There's no music at the pools, no wait staff even though there is a bar, etc. For us, it was a perfect more romantic weekend. Not a place to bring friends and party as I feel you would have complaints. The unit itself is superb with luxury amenities, fantastic one of a kind views, and very friendly owners and staff. For a quiet getaway, we will be back. For a party weekend, we will likely pick another location that lends itself to that type of environment. The location is very high on the hill, so it's best to use Uber to get around the city. Usually about a 2 to 3 dollar ride and we waiting no more than 5 minutes. Overall I rate this stay 5 stars!
