Downtown, the Convention Center and Petco Park, Seaworld, and the Zoo are just a few minutes away by car.

Garage Parking & EV Charging: We offer garage parking for one mid-sized car or SUV in the shared garage. Guests can conveniently charge their EV using the new Tesla Universal wall connector – no adapters needed! Free street parking is also available in this residential street - no meters!

We prioritize a clean, comfortable stay for everyone. For bookings longer than 14 nights, we require a professional mid-stay cleaning every two weeks, performed by our trusted cleaners, to keep the space fresh and well-maintained. This service, which you'll pay for, includes dusting, vacuuming, mopping (including the balcony), linen changes, and thorough cleaning of the bathrooms and kitchen. It's a great way to reset without any hassle! Cleanings will be scheduled at a convenient time for you.

Guest access
The entire penthouse and private balcony are for your exclusive use and enjoyment. The garage and EV charging is shared.

Other things to note
• Our property is nestled within a central San Diego residential neighborhood, making it very convenient to get around.
• Animals, smoking (including cannabis), drugs, events/parties, commercial photography and video recording are not permitted.
• This unit does not provide accessibility features such as a step-free entrance or 32-inch wide doors.
• This unit is not suitable for animals. If you are traveling with animals, we strongly encourage you to look for better-suited units.
• Being located in a residential neighborhood in central San Diego, urban noise is possible due to the central location.
• Guest agrees that in outside areas there is no reasonable expectation of privacy and accepts the monitoring of the outside by security cameras. Guest agrees not to tamper with the security cameras.
• For guest and neighbor comfort, a Minut noise monitor is installed in the common living/kitchen area. It detects decibel levels only (no audio/video recording) to prevent excessive noise or parties. Alerts us if sustained high noise occurs. Privacy-focused and compliant with platform rules.
• Minimum age to rent is 25, unless agreed to in writing to rent to younger guests.
• All bookings of 28+ consecutive nights require a background screening/check and a signed midterm rental agreement before final confirmation. Access codes, check-in instructions, and entry will only be provided after the lease is fully signed by all guests. This is required under California law for longer stays to ensure clear terms and protections for everyone. Shorter stays (under 28 nights) do not require this process.
Bookings exceeding 27 nights may be canceled if the screening and lease requirements are not met.
• For extended stays (over 14 nights), mid-stay cleanings every two weeks help maintain the apartment's condition. This cleaning is provided by our trusted cleaners, paid by you and scheduled at a convenient time for you.

    Spacious, cozy, and in a fantastic location, the unit is highly recommended. We stayed with our 2 year old toddler and with some easy adjustments (including safety gates) we were able to child-proof it and had no issues. The kitchen is large, the layout is great and was used extensively. All the bedrooms are comfortable and include desks for remote work. The internet was always fast and we never had any issues. Unit was silent and we never heard any sounds from the bottom units. We brought two cars during our stay and while the garage only fits one large car (it can fit 2 smaller ones), there is plenty of parking around. We never had any parking issues. Finally, Rebecca and Phil are amazing hosts. They accommodated all of our requests, promptly addressed a couple of minor things that came up, and were always available and accessible. The best thing I can say is that we would stay here again without any hesitation!
