Autograph House, 3-bedroom upstairs apartment at Coldwater Lake

Your Coldwater adventure begins at this 3-bedroom apartment. Inside, guests find a welcoming space with a king bed, queen bed, roll away bed, 2 twin beds, and a pack and play crib, perfect for families or groups. The soothing bathroom features a bathtub/ shower and a hair dryer for added comfort. Relax in the additional living room, where a sofa bed and futon provide extra sleeping options. Climate control keeps the apartment comfortable year-round. Complete with dock space for fishing and aplace for your boat. We try to have everything you may need for your stay. We know it is a more enjoyable stay the less you have to bring along. If you have any suggestions please let us know. Please be respectful of home and items within, we have a large collection of autographed items which many of these celebrities have stayed with us. Games: For rainy days are in cabinet under TV. TV cable included, sheet with all premium channels and music channels listed is on TV console shelf with 3 remotes, one for tv and one for cable box one for DVD player. Books for exchange/borrow on shelves.
Fire Pit: You are welcome to collect fire wood from downed trees behind home, we own 100 feet back into the woods from the rear of shed or purchase fire wood. Please refrain from using our cut and split fire wood if you do use our fire wood, replace it. Just around the corner on Copeland road to the west of I69 is a place to purchase fire wood and by the Dollar General at the corner of Iyopawa rd and old 27. Roasting sticks for hot dogs, marshmallows are in shed in a blue bag hanging on wall, please clean after each use. Large wooden Picnic table provided. When you have a fire going do not leave unattended and please keep windows closed so the inside stays smoke free. Yard is sprayed for mosquitoes monthly. Shed: The new back shed is for your use. Gas grill, if we are home when tank runs out, we will fill or you can take into Tri-State Outdoors on old 27 south of the outlets. 5275 IN-127 Fremont IN 46737 to fill or Angola Menards for an exchange for a fee. Required to clean grill after each use or a charge of $25 will be assessed. We have an extra 6-foot folding table with 2 folding benches if you need extra seating. Lawn chairs (green), yard games, wagon to use with children or to carry items to lake, children life vest, and fish cleaning table that you hook up to the hose are provided in shed. Please make sure shed doors are closed for the night.
Playground area: Swings, slide, swinging bridge, airplane swing, sand box with toys. Please do not let children play unsupervised and keep sand in sand box as it is expensive (double washed) and place toys back in toys box when done playing with them and at the end of each night please place lid on toy box. Seating at north/west deck with three Adirondack chairs and three fire hydrant stools/end- tables. We have a lot of stones in our landscaping please do not allow children to remove these stone (makes mowing rough). Do not go any farther east than the sand box. This is our area.
Lake lot and docks: We are part owners of this lot. Since this space is shared please do not leave items laying around. i.e.: towels, fishing items, toys or garbage etc. There are many benches, two round picnic tables seat six each, gazebo with swing and surround bench seating, and a new beach! The dock on this lot is to fish off of (you can swim off of but the lake bed is better between the two wooden docks in front of our home as we rake this area for weeds.
