Early check-in from 3 PM may be available at no charge depending on the cleaning schedule. Late checkout options are subject to availability at $25/hour.

‼️ Vehicle registration is MANDATORY please ensure car details are provided to us before arrival so we can register your vehicle and avoid towing costs

Valet trash pickup happens Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday evenings after 7 PM. Pop your sealed bag outside the unit door — it disappears like magic. ✨



Noise

Quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM. A non-recording noise sensor in the entryway monitors decibel levels only, no audio recorded, just keeping the neighborhood happy.



Cameras

One exterior camera at the door frame only.

Zero cameras inside the unit.



Safety

Smoke and CO detectors installed throughout.



Guest Verification Requirement

• Photo ID is required for all adult guests staying in the unit.

• The primary guest must complete a standard 7-year background verification through a secure third-party provider.

• International guests are exempt from the background verification, but must still provide a valid photo ID.



This verification is required by building management in order to grant access to the property, so all steps must be completed prior to check-in.



All guest information is handled securely through the third-party verification service and is not shared with the host or management team.



Smart Lock Entry :



You'll receive secure access instructions and a unique code once your verifications are completed



Pets:

✔️ Pets are welcome with prior approval

✔️ $25 pet fee per pet, per night



Pet Rules:



✔️ Pets must be leashed at all times in common areas and outside the unit

✔️ Do not leave pets unattended inside the unit unless crated

✔️ Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture

✔️ Please clean up after your pet (indoors and outdoors)

✔️ Excessive noise, barking, or disturbances must be avoided

✔️ Any damage, odors, or extra cleaning caused by pets will result in additional charges

Violation Policy:

• $300 Fine for Tampering with Devices: Any tampering with locks, smart devices, or building systems will incur a $300 fine.



GATE ACCESS UPDATE



The MoPac (back) gate is currently set to exit only due to a communication issue with the Alta Open app. At this time, the app will not open the MoPac gate for entry.



For entry into the community, please use the Scofield gate until further notice.



Our team is actively working to restore access to the MoPac gate and will have it back online as soon as possible.
