Attico Meraviglioso sul Mare, Appartamento con Ampio Terrazzo Vista 180 Gradi

Stayed here in July 2025. Great location for Castlesardo, only a 5 minute walk into town where there are plenty of shops and restaurants. The apartment is very spacious, not suitable for disabled people as there are a few flights of external steps to get to the property. Parking is directly below the apartment and allocated to you. There is everything you need for your stay, large kitchen/dining area with microwave, hob and fridge freezer. However there is no oven. The bedroom is spacious with plenty of wardrobe space, and bathroom with shower and washing machine. All with very high ceilings giving a spacious feel. TV in lounge/dining and bedroom (not that we used it) and good WiFi.All rooms have good air conditioning which is a must. There is a small supermarket 5 mins walk away who were very friendly (Market JaJo) or Conad a larger supermarket a 10 min (steep) walk. Communication was excellent from the owner and the local contact, with a comprehensive set of instructions and photos of how to get to and in to the property. The view from the balcony and all rooms is breathtaking, and its one i will miss every morning when you wake up. Castlesardo is a fantastic place, very steep to get to the old town, but there is a Tuktuk service you can use which is great fun. A car is a must if you want to go to neighboring towns/villages. Overall, its an excellent apartment with great hosts. Would thoroughly recommend.

Lovely holiday in a beautiful apartment.

Beautiful apartment with a stunning view over the town and sunsets. There is everything you need from deckchairs to a coffee machine. And it’s just a short walk to shops and restaurants.

We had wonderful stay at Maurizio’s apartment. The flat is well equipped and has all the comfort you need. It was very clean and we especially enjoyed big terrace with amazing sea view. We will be back.

The apartment is so beautifully located and furnished that my wife loved it from day one and she didn't want to go home. The information on arrival and departure, as well as the availability, responsiveness and flexibility of Maurizio were very helpful and for that we thank him very much. The old town of Castelsardo is very nicely situated and there are many nice and good restaurants in the small streets or terraces if you make the effort to climb up, which is highly recommended but also exhausting. A car is recommended so that you can visit the nearby beach of Valledoria or other beaches, as well as the many attractions such as Capo Testa, Bear Rock, etc. in the north of Sardinia. We will keep this vacation in Sardinia in the best memory.
