Stayed Mar 13, 2026Absolutely LOVED our stay at Carolina’s spot. Location was great, tons of restaurants and cafes around. Most of the tourist attractions are within a 20 min walk which was perfect. Previous reviews were correct, as the place isn’t as shiny and new as some other listings in the city but we found that we preferred that to the sterile white walls. Carolina was super on top of communication, too. Overall great experience!

Stayed Oct 15, 2024The flat is up a few floors ( stairs) and in a nice location. We walked everywhere without any difficulties. We had a short visit to Sevilla, but the host, Carolina, was helpful in many ways. The unit is older and simple but worked well for us. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Oct 8, 2023Unfortunately I need to be honest in our review. When others stated it was as described. We certainly didn’t think it was. The apartment was dirty, old & the pictures must be from many years ago. The patio area is not comfortable everything seems to be close to collapse. Inside; well the bedroom ceiling looks like it’s going to fall out. The door knobs come off in your hand. The furniture all needs to be replaced. The pull out bed in the kitchen area not sure I’d sit on it never mind sleep on it!! BUT THE MOST DISTURBING We opened the living room shutter & noticed a key laying on a outdoor windowsill accessible from the hallway!! My husband tried it & sure enough it’s a key to the apartment. Needless to say I was worried somebody could have accessed our place while we were away. We were seriously going to leave that day but we had some tours booked & knew we’d lose our money. We checked out 2 days early and cut our losses. Upon leaving when asked why we checked out early I was honest. The owner brushed off the key situation to another resident must have left it there. Well that’s comforting to know she doesn’t control the keys??? I guess what bothers us is this is the most we spent on a condo all through Portugal & Spain & it was the worst!!! I wish I could attach true photos.
