You will enter the secure gated property and through the front door marked with a gold circle M at the front of the house. At the top of the stairs, you'll find the door marked Godwit on the right. You have arrived!

The area is extremely walkable with restaurants and boutiques less than two blocks away. If you bring a car, there's room to park in the gated parking lot behind the house. You're also a five minute walk from the Bishop Arts stop of the Dallas Streetcar.

You will have access to the grounds around the triplex including the gated parking lot , front yard, and outdoor table. The front porch, however, is reserved for guests of The Santiago as there are bedrooms near the sitting area. As a charming older home, the building has its natural sounds — which is exactly why we've stocked every room with sound machines and earplugs, so your whole family sleeps soundly no matter what.

Please note there is only room for you to park up to ONE CAR in the gated parking lot.
