Mr.&Mrs. Levesque thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable!Easy check in and checkout. The property and dwelling are very well maintained, clean and very relaxing. You can walk downtown to Rockport for meals and or the views, then come back to relax on the deck. Very walkable downtown. Dog lovers(everyone) will love their dog “Macaroon”. Him and his owners are pleasant and kind. The visits from all were welcomed. Our stop over for two days was stellar!Would highly recommend and definitely 5 stars on every category. Beautiful studio in the heart of Rockport. Well appointed space had everything needed for a 4 night stay. Linens, pillows and blankets were luxury quality and very comfortable. Hosts were available and friendly in the home next door. Large ocean view deck was the perfect place to have a cup of coffee each morning. Parking for a single car made a Rockport visit easy. Clean and comfortable!

Kitchen was fully stocked. The cozy cottage was super cute. Perfect for my husband and I. We wanted for nothing. Our hosts were very friendly and made us feel at home. Would stay here again when in the area. One of my favorite rentals on VRBO.

The hosts were friendly and very accommodating. The rental was immaculate, warm and well stocked. Their little dog was in the yard and so very sweet and well mannered. I felt like I was home.

Had a great time at this well appointed, impeccably clean studio. The hosts are nearby, and very receptive to suggestions, and will immediately attend to anything that is amiss. The water view is a nice bonus!

A comfortable and cozy place with everything you would need from bathroom amenities to all of the kitchen essentials and then some. Frank and Sally (and their dog Macaroon) were friendly and helpful. Will hopefully stay there again.

I can't express how wonderful everything about this trip was. From walking in and being greeted by Sally (and Macaroon!) like an old friend, to how comfy and cozy (and wonderfully stocked!) the place is, to all the attractions that are close by (Halibut Point State Park, downtown rockport, gloucester, etc.), this is an excellent choice to feel like you're home away from home. We had a wonderful Valentine's Day long weekend. Accomodations were beyond perfect, parlor stove is a welcome cozy treat for a winter evening. Rockport has plenty to offer visitors in the winter, although the studio is so comfortable its just as nice to lounge around. Special thank you too the hosts for making us feel so welcome and comfortable.

We were there in part for our wedding anniversary but mostly, we needed a vacation. The owners are lovely people. While we were there, we were able to sleep in when we wanted. It also was conveniently located so we could explore Cape Ann, visit Plumb Island and other towns in between. There were also a great variety of restaurants to choose from. Thanks Sally & Frank!

This is a fantastic cottage close to the center of Rockport. The accommodations were excellent and the hosts could not have been more friendly and welcoming. Our only regret was that the trip was so short. We would stay here again in a heartbeat and would recommend it to everyone
