Artistic Magical Apt., stunning garden, private patio, pool, close to beach/town

The magical flow of light and color is present throughout the space. There are 2 gorgeous bedrooms upstairs opening with sliding glass doors on too a balcony overlooking a luscious large garden with a salt water pool with spa that is shared with 2 more smaller short term apartments. this apt is a duplex.
A romantic patio shaded by vines, lounge furniture and daybed just outside the sliding doors await you, they are for your private use. There are 2 bathrooms, a spacious open layout livingroom and kitchen, open to the garden. Uplifting and practical.
you can walk to downtown Lake Worth and the beach.
The house is beautifully furnished. The color and lighting through the second and first floor is very uplifting. The layout is very spacious, living room, kitchen and the entrance room flow into each other and are accented with my fabric art sculptures that are light and my paintings. I am an artist and the house is full of my art. The master bedroom with queen bed, has a bathroom next to it. The middle bedroom has one queen bed and one twin bed. There is a second bathroom downstairs. There is a washer and 2 dryers in the laundry room and storage space. The view from the balcony into the garden bring a feeling of luscious green, the garden has many flowering trees that smells heavenly, mango and many other very interesting plants. You can rest in the daybed or in the lounge chairs, have dinner outside…, grill, the pool area. The garden is shared with 2 other short term rental apt that are also bookable for you in case you come with all of your family, a one bedroom and a 2 bedroom. this apt is the most spacious of all of them. It has a very large open space with the dining table and living room, seating area and another dining table at the entrance of the space and it is open to a kitchen with a seats at the counter.

The kitchen has everything you might need, I have left some of my herbs from my garden to make tea or cook. i offer a lot amenities.
The pool is not heated but can be heated for an extra daily charge of $75, it often takes about a day to heat, the chart starts when we turn the heater on, the spa is free to heat.
enjoy the great hot tube, so wonderful to be in the warm water under a star light sky!
You are very close to town and the water, just a walk, but very much in your own peaceful world.
There are a total of 3 apt in the building.
you have a private grill and seating area directly outside your apt and a daybed those area are for your exclusive use.
Wifi and smart TV yes in the living room and master bedroom is a TV. Please use your personal streaming app. I am providing Netflix.
