Artful Heaven: Sleeps up to 6, Private Luxury !

The property is nice, but some dishes were in the cabinet still dirty. The che k in was quick and easy and communication with the host and cohost was great and quick as well.

Cookware was dirty, oven was disgusting. The stovetop was missing one of the knobs to turn on the stovetop. The host was not available the three times we tried to reach her. There was no heat in this apartment, all heat came from stand up space heaters. It was freezing, we had to purchase blankets to stay warm. The furniture was gross and dirty. The noise from the upstairs apartment was awful, dogs barked all night, and loud music woke us when we did sleep. Called the mgr, and the next day she apologized and offered us toilet paper in a text message. We called to complain at 3:14 in the morning after listening to loud music for hours. We tolerated our stay here,only because during Christmas week, it was difficult to find another place. I would not recommend this place any time of the year. We would give it a 0 rating if we could. The ceiling was so low in this basement apartment, I could reach up and touch the ceiling...I am 5'2. Unable to add photos at this time, however I do have many and will submit if requested.

I felt safe staying here. Sam was very friendly and provided excellent service. We were visiting a family friend in Pueblo West, and the location was convenient with plenty of restaurants and things to do nearby. Walmart and King Scoopers (Kroger) were just a few minutes away, which made shopping easy. We used the kitchen often since it was more affordable than eating out. Overall, a great stay—we’d definitely choose this property again.

Location was great for my trip. Close to where I needed to be. Found a great restaurant a few minutes away. Would rent again

The apartment fit our needs perfectly!Moved my son to his dorm and rented this place and his father rented another unit for the weekend . Close to CSU campus . The host was wonderful and checked with us though out the stay to make sure we had everything we needed.This space was very homey and allowed us room to host dinner and space for all of us to sit and visit. We will definitely be coming back for football season. Thanks again! GO PACK!!

I stayed here for 2 nights. It’s a cozy apartment that’s been organized well! Communication and check in/out was fantastic. It was cool, beds were comfortable, kitchen was handy, organization of rooms and such were great! It appears a starting point for a good bnb, just needs time to mature with details.

We only spent one night but did enjoy our stay. The place was clean, well kept and offered everything needed. Nice to stay in a home rather than a hotel. The area of town was not the best but we felt safe the whole time. Thanks for sharing your home.

The steps need a railing; difficult for someone with mobility issues. Only 2 coffee mugs for 5 guests. No AC when we were there. Beds low and soft. Side chairs low. Street noise. there was a fan and we weren't too uncomfortable because it is a basement apt. Clean and they brought us plenty of towels. Teenage granddaughters slept on the couch, no problem.

Very cozy apartment that is on the basement level. Firsthand my experience was that this is a very clean space with a proper kitchen and bathroom. Great for a sleepover if you’re working in Pueblo.
