Stayed Jul 25, 2025CAUTION I booked the place and was approved by the host. Day of my trip I realized I never got the check in information. As I was one my way to the place I contacted the Host. They NEVER Responded to my message or calls. They NEVER send the check in information. I arrived the place and it looked abandoned. So I contacted Vrbo and they tried to contact the Host and again got NO RESPONSE. Vrbo ended up canceling and refunding me the money but I was going to take 3-7 business. At this point I Had NOWHERE to STAY that weekend. Ending up book at hotel that I to come out of pocket for. Worst experience Ever.

Stayed May 9, 2025We were confirmed & pre-paid but did not receive information on how to check in. We arrived at the property, still awaiting a message from the owner, having texted them multiple times on arrival day. We contacted Vrbo & they stated that the property owner said they were no longer listing the place! We were canceled on day of. This is unacceptable! We had driven 4 hours to spend the weekend with family. I hope this property owner is prohibited from listing on Vrbo again!

Stayed Nov 15, 2023This was a quaint, upper level unit in a quiet building. Parking lot was well lit. I chose for the neighborhood and the price was right for my needs. The property manager was prompt in responding to questions.
