Stayed Jul 21, 2017It was a pleasure trip as the location was exactly as described and absolutely clean. Joan was always very helpful and open to answer any question incl. some hints about local Activities.

Stayed Feb 14, 2017We stayed in this apartment for 10 days in February.It is located in the nice town of Arta where we enjoyed Spanish everyday life from a nice balcony right in the middle of it all, just above a little supermarket, next to a few nice restaurants. The apartment itself is quite big - three bedrooms, everything is nicely furnished. We loved the living room with a comfy couch, a TV and a great dining-table next to the kitchen corner and we used the balcony every day - it is almost always sunny. The beds are very comfortable, too. The air-conditioning quickly heated the apartment whenever we found it necessary (which wasn't too often actually). Everything was wonderfully clean, there even was a starter of food (nice chocolate), drinks and some coffee capsules . Joan is a great host who made us feel welcome and took care of all our questions, supplied us with information on what was going on in Arta that could be interesting for us.When I had forgotten my earrings on the bedside table, Joan immediately took care of the problem - thanks again, Joan! We absolutely enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back.

Stayed Aug 25, 2016We had a great stay. Beaches about 15 mins away. Lovely town. Great market on Tuesday morning. Would certainly visit again.
