Stayed Oct 14, 2025I ended up leaving this property the first night. It smelled like cigs & cat pee mixed with bleach in the bathroom. Windows in the rooms wouldn’t fully close. Window in the bathroom was impossible to open (for me ). WiFi didn’t work. While waiting outside we had people continually tell us to “put phones & personal stuff away it’s not the safest area”. Which was offputting. Myself & a friend went to grab a beer about a 5-10 minute walk away from the apartment. Within that walk we saw 3 fights & some shady stuff. Not to mention to the right of the entry way there was a gang of dudes hangin out which made me feel unsafe. They kept watching us & it just didn’t feel right. At the start of check in time- the person kept trying to get me to use WhatsApp/not communicate on Vbro. I couldn’t download WhatsApp because I wasn’t in my home country & didn’t have sms. Eventually he told us how to get in (which was easy & seamless ) . I only have videos of the small place so I’m unable to share. I wouldn’t recommend this place for more than 1 person or a couple. DEFF wouldn’t recommend this place for a woman traveling by herself. My experienced is only based off of about 3-4 hours before we left.
