Guest Screening: For the safety and security of all residents, the building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in. This must be completed before arrival.



Pool is not available for this season, we'd appreciate your compression.



Parking: Please display your parking permit at all times to avoid being towed. We are not responsible for towed vehicles.



Supplies: We provide a starter kit of supplies. Please note that bath towels and washcloths are not included.



The building operates a centralized HVAC system in accordance with municipal regulations. Heating runs from October 13 to May 1, while air conditioning is available from May 15 to October 1. During seasonal transitions, HVAC adjustments are managed by the building association based on outdoor temperatures.

    The bathroom was dirty with hair on the tub. Overall the place is in poor condition with rust or dirt at several places. The beds have a plastic cover on the mattress with only a thin sheet over it. Made it very uncomfortable!!

    Location and building were great. 1 block from the meteo, good restaurants nearby. The unit had comfortable furniture but is sparse. Could really use a few dressers in the bedroom. Unit is older but carefully painted. We were disappointed in how clean it was and the kitchen cabinets were in disrepair, stain was coming off as well. Counter was seperating at the seams.

    The manager cancelled my reservation 6 hours before check-in. I called them immediately to figure out why. What should have been a simple fix from a miscommunication turned into 90 minutes of them lying to me about the messages they claimed to have sent me (while I was looking at our chat and seeing that they were never sent) and them refusing to help unless I paid them more moeney. I spoke to multiple people and everyone felt robotic and inconsiderate. I had to completely reschedule my travel plans.
