The Space:

Step into this bright and modern 1-bedroom+ Den, 1-bathroom apartment, thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience.



Spacious Master Bedroom: Features two comfortable queen-size beds, perfect for families or groups.

Second Bedroom (Den): A cozy and private space with a comfortable full-size bed.

️ Comfortable Living Area: A welcoming space with a TV, ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring.

Fully Appointed Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials you need to prepare meals.

In-Unit Conveniences: Includes a washer and dryer for a hassle-free stay.

Guest Access:

As our guest, you have full access to the entire private apartment and the building's excellent amenities.



‍♂️ Pool Access: Enjoy access to our relaxing outdoor pool! Please note that the community requires wristbands for entry. We provide a set of 2 wristbands for $30 USD (please note that 2 is the maximum limit allowed per stay).



⚠️ Important: If a wristband is lost, the charges a $50 USD replacement fee.

Parking – On-site parking is available for one vehicle at USD 20 per night. This service is non-refundable and only one space we can offer per reservation. If you require additional parking, please look for options nearby.

Guest Screening: For the safety and security of all residents, the building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in. This must be completed before arrival.



Pool is not available for this season, we'd appreciate your compression.



Parking: Please display your parking permit at all times to avoid being towed. We are not responsible for towed vehicles.



Supplies: We provide a starter kit of supplies. Please note that bath towels and washcloths are not included.



The building operates a centralized HVAC system in accordance with municipal regulations. Heating runs from October 13 to May 1, while air conditioning is available from May 15 to October 1. During seasonal transitions, HVAC adjustments are managed by the building association based on outdoor temperatures.
