Stayed Oct 13, 2025Super clean. Host was great suggestions for outfit activities to do as well as nearby coffee shop and restaurant recommendations. I would be likely to stay here on a future Grand Rapids trip!

Stayed Aug 3, 2025It was confusing when looking for the property as the business and hours are on the door. Once I got inside it made sense.The living quarters were very nice and clean. It smelled very nice when entering the apartment. Maybe add a pizza cutter to the kitchen utensils. TV remote may need batteries. I will definitely refer this place and will reserve again when staying in Grand Rapids. Thank you for a great stay. Rebecca Beach

Stayed Jul 3, 2024The place was very clean and location was good. There were no blinds on the windows so light in bedroom. Air conditioning did not cool room. Could not open windows because there were no screens. Communicated with property owner and hopefully will be taken care of for the next visitor

Stayed May 8, 2024Just the right size for two..clean. modern, well supplied with what we needed (except a toaster)everything was there. Even coffee and tea! Comfortable bed and pillows! Good location, walking distance to shopping. We felt secure, above a business that closed at 5 so very quiet. We were very happy to have found this place!
