The new apartment (December 2013) of about 30 sqm is located upstairs in a quiet environment (Nantes south). Housing wood structure with flat green roof is organized around a patio terrace to provide, in combination with 2 skylights fitted in the roof, the maximum natural light. The views are framed on large branches of two trees nearby. It is even possible to admire the stars lying on the bed The interior spaces are functional and quality (floor heating to enjoy a gentle heat, resin floor).

Stayed May 19, 2019While the apartment is some distance from Nante center, we were able to ride the #4 express with ease. The apartment is well stocked with dishes, glassware and cooking utensils. The owner lives close by and spoke English well enough for our interactions. It is a nicely designed compact space for two. W enjoyed 3 days in Nantes, a day in Rochefort and a rest at home day. The owner has a good local map of shopping and several travel guides in the. apartment.

Stayed May 31, 2017Just as nice as it looks in the photos, this is a well setup and fully furnished 1 bedroom apartment with washing machine and dishwasher, The Masse's are charming and very helpful owners. The apartment is located on the southern edge of Nantes; you can get into the center by bus quickly in the daytime but a car makes it much easier to use the city at night and to visit the vineyards. Always a place to park within a few feet of the door. We had a great stay.
