Set in the popular Sovereign Harbour marina in Eastbourne, Aqua Marina is the perfect holiday home for a spot of boat watching.

This second floor apartment has a balcony set off the lounge and another off the master bedroom, leaving you spoiled for choice with the views.

This tranquil holiday hideaway has one kingsize bedroom (with ensuite shower room) and one twin, sleeping up to four.

And with a private parking space, lift access and free WiFi, it will be difficult tobeat.

Relax the moment you walk in to the open plan living space and spot the boats bobbing around through the French doors that lead out to one of your private balconies.

There are sofas to sink into, and a smart TV for entertainment if you can drag your eyes away from the water views.

A circular dining table seats four in the same room, so you can soak up those views while you eat.

The separate kitchen is well equipped for self catering. You have an oven and hob, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and a washer dryer. Coffee lovers will love the Hotel Chocolate/Nespresso machine (pods available in supermarkets).

As well as the ensuite shower room off the master bedroom, the apartment has a family bathroom with a bath and handheld shower attachment.

All linen and regular towels are provided (pack your beach towels).
