Broken items:
If anything breaks: please communicate immediately with Victoria Rental Customer Service, so one of our reps can help you find a replacement. Otherwise, broken items will be reported via Airbnb and the following disclosure will be automatically charged to your account: value of item/s + shipping cost + service fee.

Room views:
Please note that all of our units have open views towards the inter-coastal. All apartments are located on the eighth floor and above. View from the property assigned to you may vary, from the pictures in the listing, which are for indicative purposes only. All our listings show pictures from the two existing orientation: some of our properties are facing North and some are facing South.

- 1-7 Nights: $28 + Tax per day
- 8-14 Nights: $25 + Tax per day
- 15-21 Nights: $20 + Tax per day
