Great customer support. The hosts at We Host did a fantastic job before and during my stay. The apartment was comfortable and in a convenient spot to shop, your, and catch the metro. I would recommend this apartment for anyone staying in the area.

Good communication with host. Location great. Basic toiletries were lacking, toilet paper and towels were few. Toilet water flapper doesn’t close properly. Constant sound of water running.

Fantastic location main reason was proximity to Metro station… was very cleanAnd a good neighborhoodWe walk to eat supper.Walmart deliveries are excellentUber had no trouble picking us up average price for a ride was anywhere around 10-25 in the DC area. Capital bike share bicycles several locations to choose from within a one block radius highly recommend doing an E bike for a fun afternoon adventureYou might either pack a few extra convenience items:Washcloths for the bathroomWashcloths for the kitchenDish towels for the kitchenExtra extra toilet paperI would recommend bringing extra over the door hookThere are no ledges in the showers to put your supplies I would recommend buying suction cups to bring

Nicely located near the Metro yellow line, which made it super easy for our group to get around. The apartment was clean, spacious and came as advertised.

I spent half of my vacation messaging with these guys.GOOD : the hosts respond even if ineffective; the place is right next to the metro station.NOT SO GOOD: a lot of hassles and everything takes 3 messages too many to do. E.g: sending pics of your ID's but this has to be done over email and the email does not come out on the vrbo app, so you have to write to them asking for the email. The place has a pool, but you have to pay extra to get in and you can only buy 2 wristbands, so even if there are 4 guests traveling together, you can only go 2 at a time? When you pay, they bring them the following day, so you lose a day. After several messages and a phone call I am told I would get 2 more. However, in the messages, they said no. After several messages I decided to let it go. The following day, they left 2 more wristbands, but it was a bit too late.On arrival, the place is set up like a postcard, the dining room has wine glasses and plates. But that is all there is: 4 wine glasses, 1 glass, 1 coffee cup. This means 1st breakfast is coffee in our water bottles. So I have to message them AGAIN. Then, they say they will leave cups there for the next day. I think I requested 3 of each, to make 4 because we are 4 guests. And they only leave 2, so now it's 4 guests and 3 coffee cups, one guest still using their water bottle. When I say something about it AGAIN, they ask how many I want! The answer to the question is a few lines above in the messages, so another msg. Annoy

This could be a great place, but whost is the worst. When we arrived we spent the first 2 hours paying for parking and for the pool. Come to find out they did not have a fob for any of the facilities or getting inside the apartment. So if we left we could not get back in unless we waited for some one to come in or out. So we emailed back and fourth but did not get the fab until half way through our 4 day stay. Never once did they try and compensate for taking my money but not giving what they promised. The place was nice and we like the location. Second problem is they were very skimpy on shampoo toilet paper and really everything needed for a family to stay. Also emailed several times and even talked to whost and they never delivered. Again whost is the worst and really ruined a family vacation. Email and call multiple times a day to try and get things worked out. Also the single room bed was broken box spring.

There are many more amenities in a hotel. This Vrbo needs a woman's touch. No dish cloth in kitchen. No face wash clothes in bathroom. The closets didn't have enough hangers. There was no dresser. We could have used a luggage rack. There were no drinking glasses. There was no bathmat. The shower could use a squeegee. Lighting is poor. This is just a short list.

The condo was clean. Location is very close to the metro. The problem is whoever is running the checkin process (Whost). I paid for parking for one vehicle a couple days before the stay. We got there about 3:30, earlier, than the check in time of 4pm. I messaged them and asked if it was ready because they had mentioned in chat that it might be ready early. We were first told it wasn’t, then we were told it was so we parked the car and went up. The code didn’t work, so we stood at the door and right at 4pm, it worked, so not sure why we were told it was ready at 3:30pm. The parking pass is in a coded lockbox in the condo. Our instructions were to call for the code once we got in the condo. The code is good for 5 minutes. I messaged, no response. I called several times, no answer. I messaged to please send the code so we don’t get towed. After much messaging and calling, they finally sent the code, but by that time our car was gone. It had been towed. So not only did we pay to park the car ahead of time, we also had to pay for the uber to get to the towing company and the fee for the towing. We missed all our plans for that afternoon and evening dealing with this. In addition, the condo provided one towel each, no wash cloths and no bath mats. We paid almost exactly what we pay for the hotel we always stay at in Arlington which I could see from the window of the condo, by the way. Wish we had stayed there. Our car wouldn’t have been towed.

Myself & 2 friends stayed here for a girls wkd! The location is great! Crystal City metro is a very short walk from the apartment. The apartment is clean & quite big! Beds were comfy! The only thing I would ask of the owner- is to provide more laundry pods & toilet paper. We were out after 2 two days because they only provided 2 small rolls for 5 day & 3 women… not a huge deal at all! I would definitely stay again! The view was pretty & we felt safe in the apartment!

Our family really enjoyed our stay here! Great location to the metro and the area around the condo was great. Walking distance to many restaurants and not far from a great mall with more options for food. The condo had small sample size shampoo, conditioner, lotion and bar soap. They had 4 towels, 2 hand towels and no wash clothes. One extra toilet paper and paper towel. Small liquid dish soap and a couple pods for the dishwasher and washing machine. They did have plates, small bowls, utensils, a sponge and some stove top pot and pans. They didn’t have cups but it did have mugs and larger wine glasses. I’m saying all this because I read several reviews that complained about what they had. This was all very sufficient for our family of 4 and I was pleasantly surprised when I got there to see all this. For a family of four it was ideal. Each kid had their own bed and they had a giant closet and their own bath connected to their room. The other room had a bath connected to it and had access from the living room. The only negative I would say is the mattress for the room with one bed was hard and sagged in the middle. It could use a new mattress. There was construction across the street that started around 8am but we were waking up around then so it wasn’t a problem for us. All in all we loved the place, the views, the location and would absolutely stay again!

Love the apartment! It's spacious, impeccably clean and had everything we needed for a long weekend stay. We didn't have a car but it's walking distance to restaurants and less than a block from Metro, which got us everywhere we needed to go a lot more quickly than driving. Best of all was the excellent communication from the host. They gave us detailed check-in/check-out instructions and got back to us immediately to answer any questions we had. I highly recommend this rental and We Host!

Frontdesk was not aware of the reservation. Though friendly and welcoming not very helpful. Response with host was slow. Unit was clean. Bathroom towels were few, small and inexpensive, No hand towels. Bathroom tissue was scarce for 4 adults for 4 days. There were no Kleenex tissues. There were only 3 drinking glasses total in the unit for 4 adults. Kitchen utensils were few. Ice maker was inadequate.

From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The concierge was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The property itself was immaculate and tastefully decorated, with all the amenities you could need. The location was perfect, close to local attractions and yet wonderfully peaceful. Overall, my experience was exceptional, and I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a fantastic place to stay. I can't wait to visit again!

You need to warn that parking needs to be paid ahead of time. No place to park while checking in so family had to drive around the block for 45 minutes. People at complex were great but communications to owner were terrible. Also for people not familiar with that particular keypad on door, you need to tell them to enter number and then click on button at top. They left us two towels and 2 small rolls of toilet paper for three adults for 6 days. Otherwise, the apartment was beautiful and only one block from the Metro and lots of restaurants.
