Apt in Stresa, superb view of Lake Maggiore, balcony, WiFi, A/C, garage & garden

We loved hanging out on the balcony and just staring at the beautiful lake and the view of the town below. It's an easy downhill walk to the town and you get to see places you'd miss if you were traveling by car. Guiliani gave us recommendations for restaurants that turned out to be valuable, and he helped us out in many other areas as well. The apartment is all that we expected and more. The train station is close and easy to get to his apartment, although I would suggest booking a taxi if you have luggage because of the hill.The view is outstanding and you are far enough away from the touristy area. I definitely recommend this stay and hope to be back one day.

We loved our stay in Stresa and found our apartment to exceeded our expectations!! Warm friendly reception by the Manager, spacious, clean, modern, well equipped apartment, with garage parking and a spectacular view of Lake Maggiore from a large balcony made this a perfect place to stay for our 5 days.

This place is amazing. The view is phenomenal, the place is impeccable, the bed is comfortable and everything is top-notch. It’s up on a hill above the main part of Stresa, about a 10 minute walk. You can’t go wrong renting this place.

We are a couple in our 60’s and this accomodation was perfect. Our initial concern regarding the walk up from the town was unfounded. The views, space and facilities of the apartment were great. Our host, Giuliano was exceptional. I’d recommended staying here just to have him as your host!

Beautiful, bright, and airy apartment with gorgeous views of Lake Maggiore from the living room, bedroom, and spacious balcony. The apartment is perched on a hillside above town (maybe a 10 minute walk) and we enjoyed having a quiet retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the town center and waterfront areas. Check-in was easy and it was a pleasure dealing with all concerned. We'd happily rent here again!

Everything was perfect exept the sun does not come on the balcony until after 5 oclock and the furniture on the balcony is not comfortable. But the lake view is adorable :) Thank you Chantal for a very nice stay.

Everything is exactly as advertised. Great location if you are okay with walking a short but steep walk to and from the center of Stresa. Giuliano was very helpful and responded quickly to any requests or inquiries. Might suggest that they leave a list of convenient grocery, pharmacy and recommended restaurants just to help get settled more quickly. Would highly recommend this property.

My husband and I spent a week in this Apartment. It was wonderful, we had convenient car parking and an immaculate apartment that is very well equipped. Want to return next year...The apartment has a spectacular view of the lake and surrounding mountains from a private veranda. Wonderful place to stay without busting the budget!!!!
