Perfect for those who love skiing, relaxing at the Pré-Saint-Didier thermal baths, or exploring the breathtaking views of Mont Blanc. Everything is within reach: shops, restaurants, bars, and minimarkets. Ideal for a holiday among nature, comfort, and alpine charm.

The apartment is cozy and functional! It features a bright living room with a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a balcony , a master bedroom with a single armchair bed and a spacious terrace ☀️, a second bedroom with two single beds, and a modern bathroom with shower .

️ USEFUL INFORMATION FOR YOUR STAY
Once the reservation is confirmed, you will receive a message on your mobile phone with all the details, including the rental agreement for your stay. For any needs, you can contact us through the same channel: we are available every day from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, non-stop!

EASY AND SELF CHECK-IN
Access to the apartment is via Self Check-In, so you can arrive freely without any time restrictions.
Check-in & Check-out
• Check-in: from 3:00 PM.
• Check-out: by 11:00 AM.

NEED TO ARRIVE EARLIER OR LEAVE LATER
Send us a message at least 12 hours in advance: the service is subject to availability.
• ✅ Early check-in (from 8:00 AM): €40
• ✅ Late check-out (until 3:00 PM): €50

️ INCLUDED COMFORTS
• Bed linen and towels provided according to the number of guests and beds booked.
• Basic kitchen kit: tea towel, detergent, sponge, and trash bag.
• Bathroom courtesy set: soap, shampoo, shower gel, and 3 rolls of toilet paper.

⚠️ FOR HYGIENE REASONS, there are no food items in the house (e.g., sugar, salt, oil, pepper, or coffee).

TOURIST TAX
• Between €1.00 and €2.00 per day (depending on the period), up to a maximum of 7 days.
• Children under 15 are exempt.
• The tax is not included in the booking price.

♻️ WASTE SEPARATION
• We ask you to respect the waste separation rules.
• At check-out, the apartment must be free of waste.
• Otherwise, a €30 penalty will be charged.

PETS WELCOME!
• We are happy to welcome your four-legged friends, upon request and confirmation (CATS ONLY).
• Additional cost: €30 per stay.
• In case of any damage to furniture or fabrics, the cost will be charged.
