    We really appreciated the convenient location of this rental—it made getting around very easy. The property has a lot of potential, but a few updates could make the experience even better. The bar stools were quite high, which made it difficult to find a comfortable place to sit and eat. The bathroom towels were thin, small, and limited in quantity, so adding larger, softer towels would be a nice touch. Curtains in the bedroom would help with light control and reduce some of the noise from the nearby highway. We also had some difficulty accessing the property upon arrival, as the gates were closed and we were unable to reach the host despite following the provided instructions. Lastly, the couch wasn’t very comfortable for relaxing. With these improvements, the property could truly live up to its luxury description

    The property itself was good. However, we did not have a good impression the moment we arrived in. As soon as we arrived, we called the callbox several times and we did not receive any response for 10-15 minutes. I called the manager provided phone number and he/she did not respond at all. We were waiting with lots of luggages and all family for 20 minutes until they opened the door. Moreover, the property manager had directed us through an entrance door where its lift was out of order and we had to move many luggages around to find a working lift. Everytime we messaged the manager through the StayZ app, it took 2-3 hours to receive a response. Overal extremely poor communication. Also, it is recommended to change the sofa in the living room, it is super old and firm and non-comfortable.Although the place was good.

    Let me start by saying the Host was very responsive to all our concerns. The beds were so comfortable. The apartment was clean. However, a couple more barh towels and washcloths would be good and adding some dishcloths and towels in the kitchen would be great.Sofa isn't very comfortable. Checking in was frustrating with a non-working callbox and then someone had to come fix the electronic doorlock for easier access to the apartment as it was not opening for us.We liked the location and took a leisurely walk.All in all, I gave it a rating of OK.

    Overall we really loved this apartment complex and the apartment itself. We felt very safe and everything was a close drive with lots of options for food and drink! Also close to touristy Dallas attractions too which was great! The shower was a bit of a shock to see as it appeared unclean but just has many rust marks as well as a rusty ceiling above. Otherwise, was very clean. It could also sometimes be loud out the bedroom window as it backs to businesses that would receive truck deliveries at various times. But I am a light sleeper so it only affected me - not the rest of my family! If we find ourselves in the area again, we would stay here again!

    We were very disappointed with our stay. The listing gave the impression of a luxury apartment with ample space for families, but in my opinion, this was a significant overstatement. The complex and room felt more like a storage unit with a window, as my wife described it.The space was extremely tight — it would have been nearly impossible to accommodate four adults comfortably in the bedroom. Additionally, there did not appear to be a sleeper sofa as advertised.I voiced our concerns to the host early in our stay. While they initially gave the impression they would work with us, ultimately, no refund or resolution was offered. I made several attempts to contact the host by phone but no return call. There was a text response, but felt more like a bot than a person. Overall, this experience was a huge disappointment. I would caution future travelers to ask detailed questions about the space before booking to ensure it truly meets your needs.

    This is my 2nd time to stay. The location is fabulous, your within walking distance to wonderful restaurants with a very cool vibe. I recommend The Elmwood BFD for drinks. The property is just as listed very cute and cozy, always clean. The hosts go above and beyond to communicate with you and the check in process is easy. I feel very safe and comfortable here.

    Came to town for the Byron Nelson tournament at TPC Craig Ranch. The apartment is in a great location just a short walk to the golf course and plenty of restaurants just a short drive away. The apartment is as described, clean, and had everything we needed for our short stay!
