Stayed Mar 10, 2023This place was super close to downtown and some of the major attractions that a friend and I came to San Antonio for. Her apt came fully stocked with anything you could possibly need for a 4 day trip. Extra points for the balcony with comfy chairs!! Katherine was an awesome host and made check-in/check-out a breeze.

Stayed Mar 12, 2020This property is absolutely beautiful & peaceful. Katherine has everything you could possibly need, from every size pan to a crockpot, blender, waffle maker, coffee maker. I was very impressed at all the nice towels, I usually bring my own because we have stayed at a few with horrible ones. Ours had a balcony with nice comfy chairs where we relaxed in the evenings. You won’t be disappointed with this rental & Katherine is very accommodating with any request you might have. Also there are many places to eat & shop near by, I hope you all take a look at this beautiful property. Best relaxing getaway in a while.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We loved this home!!! It had EVERYTHING we needed and more!!! We were close to anything and everything you would want to see here, all the main attractions and walking distance to tons of great restaurants and neat places to visit. The home is decorated beautifully and very comfortable. After a long day of walking we came back and relaxed on the balcony and then had a wonderful rest with a very comfortable bed!!! Once again, we loved this home!!! It was perfect!!! Would love to come back and would recommend this home to anyone!!!!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This place is super nice, charming and extremely clean. The bed was really comfortable and I enjoyed sitting out on the balcony having my morning coffee. I enjoyed the location near downtown and the covered parking. I was able to walk to the Pearl and River Walk (North) from here. Katherine, the host, was accommodating and answered any questions I had. She even suggested some really good restaurants nearby. I will definitely stay here again next time I am in San Antonio.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Omg! This B&B is GORGEOUS!! Katherine has really out done herself!! Beautifully decorated, with ALL the comforts of home! Not to mention located in the perfect spot (20 to anywhere in SA) it's truly a PERFECT spot for a staycation, or if you need quick and convenient access to downtown SA.. I can't wait to stay here again and I'd highly recommend to anyone who asks! :)
